Just what they make…read more Apparently Game Workshop owns/makes warhammer, warhammer 40k, and a similar game with tolkien's middle earth cast. Warhammer is a tad like Warcraft to 40k's (the year) Starcraft? These are tabletop games with figurines (that you paint yourself). The game play is a table-top war method that is crossed between Starcraft and Dungeons & Dragons? I've played warhammer 40k a few times. It's fun but I wouldn't want to paint my armies. You can buy online custom or pre-painted stuff but it's at least twice as expensive. Buying the armies is a little expensive starting out. They do have starter sets around $100 if you can pick between all the cool races. The best thing about this store is that they host games and tournaments all the time. It builds a community of other warhammer players you can play with. It takes a little getting into but if it sounds like any part of this could be your thing, go in and check it out. I'm sure the workers are better at explaining and selling their own product. They also have stores in the other big cities. Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland have game workshops but regular game stores sometimes sell and host warhammer stuff too. We went in waiting on a friend at Verizon (they're the slowest and worst). We expected to browse a game shop but instead found a neat specialized store. Dayton and huber heights are lucky to have one!

He wore a Clive Barker's "Nightbreed" shirt and I showed him my custom wallet of the movie. Then, I explored the video store side before I ventured into the arcade. I thought I was there for one pinball machine only and that was my favorite, "Monster Bash". With a handful of quarters, I did my best to obtain 1 million points. After reaching my goal--I played several other pinball machines including: Metallica, Super Mario, Street Fighter, The Addams Family, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and South Park. One machine took my quarters by accident and I notified their employee, Elijah a.k.a. Little Elijah. He reimbursed me for the quarters without question. The hospitality at Game Cycle was top notch that Little Elijah gave me a bottled of water for the road. I also walked away with an action figure of Dr. Decker from "Nightbreed" and the NES version of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", after sharing stories with Randy. If you're in Springfield, make sure you stop by Game Cycle. You'll be glad you did.

He has a pretty great selection. He has a bunch of imports and a lot of different games from multiple systems. He had some bangers like popful mail and CIB Zelda N64. Everything is priced and put in a clear plastic bag. Stickers aren't placed on the game itself. Unlike some bigger stores, the prices are good. I rarely write reviews but I enjoyed my experience so much that I had to write one. 100% I will visit them again.

It's a hidden treasure chest for all gamers! If you can look past the ongoing clutter, dust, and random items thrown about, you're in for a treat. I consider myself to be a big vintage gamer. So, I like hunting for anything that is hard to find and that will bring a nostalgia from my childhood. When I was visiting Celina, I didn't know what to expect but just wanted to check this place out to see what they had. They had more than any other gaming store I've seen for SNES, NES; there were even Sega Genesis games strewn about. Controllers, memory cards, old consoles, games that you thought you'd never see again. Honestly, I will look here again for anything that I am searching for in the future. The owner was very helpful. Normally, I have to look online for old games and hope that they work by the time they reach me in the mail. But now, I will call this place first to see if they have a game in stock...even if it means traveling a couple of hours. Apart from video games, the store carries retro board games, toys, and DVDs/VHSes. So, if you're looking for that old holiday Barbie from 1992 that your parents never got you, chances are that it could be here. Or if you want to watch the entire "Friends" series on VHS, look no further.
