They move my drop off date but fail to inform Enterprise so no rental is available and I end up with a pos loaner with a ton of air fresheners, I don't want to think what it smelled like without them. So it was supposed to take 2-3 weeks but instead it took almost 6. My vehicle sat so long mice started to make a nest in it. As for the quality of the repair, the paint work (front edge of the hood) looks good. They didn't mask very well though i had to remove some overspray from the passenger window. The assembly appears to have been done by a group of kindergarteners. Various part mot fully snapped into place, retainer clips missing etc. I'm still working on getting everything correct. So stay away from northside for anything. I really wish that zero star reviews were allowed.

It was a very simple repair, just swapping one front bumper for another. My son wanted to keep the old bumper to sell. Someone at the shop wrote on his rear tinted window with something indicating they wanted to keep the parts. I assumed it was a grease pen, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't remove it. I wanted to be careful not to damage the window, so I tried using window cleaner, Dawn soap, a degreaser, diluted and undiluted alcohol, and a clay bar. Unfortunately, none of these methods were able to remove the writing on the window. As a last resort, I decided to use my RUPES Polisher with a foam cutting pad and compound. It took several passes, but I was finally able to remove the writing from the window. In total, it took over an hour of careful work. On Sunday, before using the polisher and assuming the window was ruined, I called and left a message, even though I knew they were closed. I wanted them to call me back first thing Monday morning. Unfortunately, nobody returned my call or even listened to the message. When I finally spoke to the shop manager, he casually mentioned that we could have just stopped by the shop, and they would have removed it in seconds. However, they were closed on the weekend, and my son worked 14-hour days from Thursday through Saturday. I asked why they didn't remove the writing before we picked up the truck, and all he said "sorry." There was no further effort on their part to make this right. When I informed him that this would be reflected in my review, he simply replied "great." It's disappointing how customer service has become a joke nowadays."

No $500 deductible is being paid to this shoddy operation of lies!
