My wife and I went to Tony Rotella's shop today for a NYS Inspection. Checked in at one of their service desks without any waiting. Very nice guy took care of us quickly and showed us the comfortable waiting area and he explained where the bathrooms were should we need them. Not long thereafter he came over to the waiting area to let us know that we were all set. We checked out with the same nice person (I should have gotten his name) paid for the inspection, and we were on our way. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the clean, comfortable waiting area, the large show room, and we observed that all staff were friendly and they obviously like working at Tony Rotella's. One of the most important things in any business setting is a great culture and they obviously have one and it shows. One other thing I wanted to share that I witnessed while waiting. I overheard one of the staff members on the telephone with what must have been an insurance company. This staff member was in a deep "professional" debate with the insurance company trying to convince them to pay for more for a body shop repair, so the customer didn't have to come out of pocket as much. It was nice to see one of Tony Rotella's staff members fighting for their customer's best interest. He was also very nice in how he was presenting his case, yet firm as well and would not back down. If I'm ever in that scenario, I want a guy like that fighting for my best interest as well. If we ever need body work done (and I hope, we don't) there is no other place I'd bring our car than Tony Rotella's after what I witnessed this morning. We'll also come back in the summer for new brakes and new tires as we've heard from several friends that they are great with that type of service and the pricing is very good as well. read more

The desk staff were incredibly helpful in helping me pick out the models that would meet my needs, the pricing was half, yes that's half, of what the Jeep dealer would have charged, and the parts were in within a few days and the work was completed in less than a week! I went to Tony's today to have them put a Go Rhino sport bar on my truck. I talked to James on the phone and dealt with Rich at the counter. Both were professional and great to deal with. Rich was very customer service oriented and explained everything to me including some changes that needed to be made to ensure proper installation. He even suggested another local retailer for a product that would enhance the usability of my tonneau cover once the bar was put on. All in all it was a great experience, I highly recommend Tony Rotella's shop. read more

I took my car in for minor repair for a scratch from a coworker backing into my car in the parking lot at work, I was able to drop my car off at 7:00 in the morning and pick up my rental car right there which made things very convenient for me. The men from the shop came out to look at the damage and go over the car, I signed a couple of papers and was on my way within fifteen minutes. They kept in touch via text message and email, gave me estimates on the repairs, let me know when my car was finished and ready for pick up. When I went to get my car it was clean inside and out, everyone was friendly and I again was on my way in under fifteen minutes. I would recommend this shop for being on top of things, keeping me posted on their progress with my car and being friendly and courteous. Unfortunately my experience with Rotella has been mixed. In 2020 i spent over 10k. For vehicle upgrades, at that time the service was good and workmanship excellent. I worked with James. Since then, apparently James is no longer with them and now working with Rich. I have been trying to get pricing quotes for another round of new vehicle upgrades. You would think of this as a no brainer, easy money. Unfortunately rich has chooses to ignore my repeated calls and emails. My guess is that business at Rotellas is so good they just don't need the work. Its a shame to see a company that i once was so impressed with, change so drastically. read more

I can not recommend Tony Rotella's enough. They took care of my car like it was their own. Nick was wonderful to work with, everything was smooth and simple. They set me up with a comfortable loaner car for the time they had mine. When I came back to get my car, I was amazed! They did an absolutely wonderful job on fixing the damage and making the car look good as new! They even vacuumed the inside of my car and waxed it! I recommend you see these guys! read more

As a woman I would not bother going here. I am a Jeeper and I am a serious jeeper. Jimmy took care of me two years ago. I asked for a heat vent to be put in on the top of my jeep because I was moving south and it gets very hot. When I went to lift my hood to check my oil there was no cut out underneath the vent. I went in and said how is my heat vent gonna work if you don't put a hole in the hood? They said we thought you wanted it for decoration... he also mumbled to me that they don't really work anyway. I don't care if they don't work or do work it's what I wanted. So now I'm in Tennessee and I worked on the Wounded Warrior project. I was supposed to take a Jeep filled with veterans and many rides yesterday through the mountains. But I couldn't takeoff the doors at all because the hard wired them shut when they put them back in. Once again thinking that I am a woman and I'm never gonna take my doors off. And if they say "that's not why we did it" then it's just because they're lazy. And overpriced I might add read more

horrible inexperienced body men. several years ago i had a new bumper n left front quarter panel replaced. i paid out of pocket for new oe /gm product. wth, they did after placing quarter panel on, they adjusted the door, needless to say it is out of total alignment. there is a gap between panel n door! i kind of thought it didn't look right. my mechanic pointef this out to me. due to all the schlock body work..my rocker panels totally rotted off! i get rain n snow inside the vehicle!! this is located between the door n window glass. very poor workmanship n i don't think the head body manager even checked the work his men did. oh, the bumper, front quarter panel etc. that i paid for all rusted out after a couple yrs! note: my vehicle was hand washed and waxed top to bottom 2 times a week. now needless to say 35k $ vehicle looks like shit!! read more

I bought A new snowplow at rotellas that was disfunctional on a regular basis. When bringing it in for service I was treated like they thought I was a liar. I had to show them after they kept sending me away only to have it fail in the field again. It got to the point I was worried one of them would hit me because I was complaining my $5000.00 item did not work. Dealing with them was truly one of the worst experiences of my plowing career. I was continually lied to about the service I was getting( They would leave it in the lot for days at a time, ignoring it because I was a disgustd customer (with good reason) I could go on about how they finally took it off my truck as defective, and also took my aftermarket snow deflector and would not return it. Oh yeah, then they lied straight to the BBB and said they gave me "monetary compensation" for the deflector, even though the reciept did not show this. I consider these guys schysters who will sell you bad product, and then deny there is anything wrong with it, even if you show them time and again and even post video on youtube concerning the plows functionality as proof. Snoway noway will find it. Anyways, I would not recommend this place to anyone..... read more
