Not much to say, but worth mentioning is their odd payment system. You first go downstairs to the booth, give the person your money for the ride, and then wait for a cab to show up, and then of course give the guy your voucher. Do not use this service!! I'm giving two stars because the driver was so apologetic for the screw ups by dispatchers. I had a pick up scheduled on line for 11:45am plenty early enough but by 12 I decided to call to find out where my taxi is. The dispatcher said sorry we've been busy but he's on his way. I asked where is he and she said rt 81 just past the airport and she hung up rudely. When the driver got here I told the driver he was late and he said I just got the dispatch at noon which means she lied. I'm in the taxi now. Keep fingers crossed I Make it in time. By the way. I had easily the worst cab experience I've ever had with this company. Driver drove aggressively and pumped on the brakes when someone behind was tailgating, then proceeded to flick off the driver and curse him when he passed. Do these guys have any sense of professionalism and safety? Driver was some older guy that made off-color and unsolicited remarks like telling me his dumb phone was also called an "Obama phone" because it did so little. I chatted with him anyway since I was new to town, asking him about the area. He got extremely defensive when I mentioned I previously drove for Uber, citing the business as an illegal practice. Moreover, he got so distracted berating me for driving Uber in the past that he had to pull over and re-examine his GPS because he got lost. Good lord. They tell you 3-5 minutes already been waiting 20. It's the only taxi service at the airport so you have to use it. They don't have uber at the airport. It's absolutely terrible. Terrible service terrible set up. Will make sure I have pre planned pick up so I don't have to do this ever again. read more

I really dislike this place it's completely inefficient and overcharges a lot for the area. When I get a taxi home the cost is just over 25 dollars when I get a taxi to the airport it's about 10. The payment system is a total waste of time generates a ton of paper sign this give this to the driver save your receipt. Christ can't you go electronic? Have you ever considered the value to the customer? Overall I hate this taxi service nothing against the drivers they are just doing a job but I hope this place pays them well because with prices being double what a non monopoly taxi service is I'm sure they are not getting good tips read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. They always told me it would be here in 5 minutes and it ended up taking 30. Never use this company. The people are rude and right after I asked her when they would be here, the lady started yelling at me and called someone and started talking RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME about how rude I was, and that she was going to tell my driver to drive slow and make sure I "enjoyed my ride" (sarcasm and crassness in her tone of voice). Waited over an hour and a half for a taxi from the airport to Syracuse campus. Red head lady is very rude and said that it was my fault somehow although I was very patient waiting. Never use them if you want to get anywhere on time. Costs $30 too! Never would recommend to friends or even enemies. read more

I booked a taxi to the airport well ahead of time and even called the morning I was travelling to confirm that the taxi would be there to pick me up at 10:15 AM for my 11:50 AM flight. When it got to be 10:20 and there was still no taxi in sight, I called and was told that "the driver had some problems with his wipers and was still at the garage - but he was finishing up now". When I asked where the garage was, the response was "on Malloy Road". Since I live in Fayetteville, continuing to wait would have meant missing my flight. When I ask "why didn't you call me or send a different car", the answer was, "well sorry, but someone else was handling this reservation". I wound up driving - not what I had planned. I was promised a prompt refund, but of course that has not yet happened either. I'll follow-up to see if that actually happens. Miserably bad and pathetically poor service. I would have given ZERO stars, but that was not an option. As a follow-up, it's been almost a week and, no surprise. They, of course, did not give me the credit that was promised and I had to dispute the charge with American Express. I like the concept, you go downstairs and walk to the booth, tell them where you will go, pay the fare and they give you the voucher for the driver and the receipt for you. There were four taxi waiting at the curb. No hassle to pay by the card inside the cab and ask for the receipt. read more

This company is incredible. I use them for work all the time. Yes, they are a little pricey, but I have never worked with anyone more efficient and dependable. They dropped everything to help a friend of mine who may have needed a last minute ride to the bus station when the taxi company he called was almost an entire hour late. They are so quick and so consistent. I refuse to use anyone else to and from the airport and bus station. Not to mention their drivers are so friendly and amazing. Thank you, Syracuse Regional Taxi! Had an absolutely wonderful experience, all the way. Night arrival at SYR airport with ice rain. Young lady at the desk very friendly and helpful.lNeeded transport to Finger Lakes area. My driver (M.D), a recent immigrant from Bangladesh, could not have been more polite and considerate, or careful on the messy roads. Arrived at my final destination, he brought the luggage through wet snow and slush to the front door and waited, in his car, until he saw the lights come on in the house, i.e. knew me safe. I was very frustrated with this company. This is the only airport I have ever been to that doesn't have cabs waiting outside. My flight finally landed after delays at 12:30 AM and there was no one at the taxi counter. I called the number from the courtesy phone as instructed by the sign at the counter and no one answered. I then called the company directly from my phone and was told they would dispatch someone to pick me up. 30 minutes later I was still waiting and called back to be told it would still be 10-15 more minutes. When the cab finally arrived, I was charged $26 for a ride to a airport hotel that was not more than 5 minutes away. Unfortunately, it was 1:30 AM and I had no other option. A racket at the Syracuse Airport where you prepay, then wait. Worst taxi driver. Didn't get out of the tact till we were almost in it, refused to move his seat up, didn't open the door for either of us. Dropped us off, then left without a word. If you end up at the Syracuse airport, be sure and call a taxi and don't go to the one inside the airport. I want to pay a heartfelt compliment to your employee, Jennifer. She was friendly and efficient in dealing with customers that approached the counter. I was really impressed as I observed her attention to customer service while I sat waiting for my cab to arrive. I travel a great deal, both domestically and internationally and her commitment to her job goes well beyond that of most people that I encounter on a daily basis. As my car was approaching, Jennifer directed me to where the car was pulling up. I got in and thought to myself, "That was a great customer service experience". Little did I know, it was going to get much, much better! As I arrived at the Residence Inn, Jennifer was on the phone, looking for me. I had dropped my wallet in the airport. She recovered it, locked it in the safe and contacted the hotel to track me down. She then sealed it in a secure envelope and had the driver bring it to me at the hotel. In my world, that just doesn't happen! You should be extremely proud of her as your employee. She was the face of your company tonight and served you well.
