He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. We called Alamo on the phone and told them the situation, they said it would cost us $400 more. We were unhappy about this, and the customer service rep said to speak with someone when we return the car. Upon dropoff, we were met by Brendan and Bryce. They also saw the same number on their end, but rather than charge us that amount, they did something and we did not get charged an extra dollar. We were super stressed about our flights not making it out, and Brendan and Bryce eliminated a major problem we were facing. Not only did they wait 40 minutes because Crouse didn't have Dad ready, they borrowed a wheelchair from Crouse, got Dad back to Assisted Living, and called me to let me know he was all set and in his room. Great car selection from their Emeral Isle, but this location doesn't use the Emerald Isle, rather there's a booth in the garage where you need to wait in line for someone to give a car. I find this very inconvenient, but it is what it is. Car selection here was adequate, not the best. Service was nice and friendly, both on pickup and checking back in. Overall, I'd most definitely return to rent from National, but this isn't my favorite location.
