He went above and beyond what my local dealer would/could have done. Despite being hundreds of miles away from Thomaston, Pat treated me like I was his neighbor. Two weeks later and I hadn't heard back from him so I texted for an update with no response. Again the following week I texted for an update and again no response. On 10/2/24 I again texted and said that I would give him until 5 pm today 10/4/24 to get back to me or I would be giving him an unfavorable review. I even called at 4:35pm and could only leave a voicemail. And still no response. Should you contact him good luck.

As I was an out of towner and desperate to have the repair to be able to drive all the way home, I was worried that this visit (especially a mobile visit) was going to cost a small fortune.
