Amanda was my masseuse and boy was she thorough. She always asked if she was too rough or if I had pain. Would give zero stars if I could. I've been on two occasions. Both times they made me pay BEFORE the service, tipping them for no reason at all. The first massage wasn't that bad but the second time I went they had their teenage son massage me. Super unprofessional and not skillful what so ever. Then, not once but TWICE they charged my credit card information when I did not go for any service. Disputed this charges twice already and if it happens again I'll be going to the police. I've been feeling beat up for the last few weeks and yesterday finally decided to get rolled out. I've been to a number of massage places in the area and many have been good for the price. But I'm going to go out on a twig and say... " Sysong is by far the best I've been too in a while". There. I said it! That said it was the most expensive of all the places I've been too. You have two options at this "Spa", Swedish and Deep Tissue. I paid the $115 for the 90 Minute Deep tissue, but I definitely didn't receive that. It was more like an oiled up body/booty rub, 0 deep tissue nor massage happen here. Save your money, buy a foam roller, you'll get a much deeper massage with one of those. Would not recommend to anyone to go here. First they want to leave the door open. Why would I want any passer byes to see me naked? That's not comfortable at all. I request for the door to be closed she's like no worry no one come in here. I'd expect no one to come in here or see me. The masseuse didn't understand what a deep tissue massage is. They typically have a nice routine to hit everything. This one literally stood in one spot; that did nothing for me. I had to tell her to move elsewhere. My favorite place to get massages. Found this place randomly while in the area and I am hesitant to try any other place. Don't let the outside fool you! Even though it is on a Main Street once inside it's dark and quiet. They have sandals for you in the entrance so you can take your shoes off. They have couples massage (same room massages). My husband booked me a last minute massage here after a really rough week. They had availability- a huge plus compared to almost everywhere else I normally try to go. The facility feels less spa-like- it's in a small mini mall and it feels like it. they had me (made me?) take off my shoes when I entered and wear reuseable flip flops. I opted to keep my socks on with those. Odd considering it was a 15 foot walk to the room. The room didn't have the normal blanket and all you have to cover you is a normal size towel- when I had to flip over I felt uncomfortable and exposed (because I was). The face part instead of being covered by normal linens that they wash was covered by a paper towel that broke in half when you put your face in- so I could breathe, but feeling paper towel on my face isn't exactly a soft, relaxing experience. They didn't have me fill out paperwork about health conditions or concerns, which was odd compared to what I'm used to. It turned out to be slightly problematic later when she was trying to move my knee around and move around my knee cap- problematic when I have a patella that dislocates. There seemed to be a language barrier so she didn't really seem to understand when I told her to not touch my knee. The first 15 minutes was just general rubbing and stretching sans massage oil, and she didn't ask what I wanted to focus on, and when I tried to tell her she didn't really seem to understand (language barrier). I wish she had because we would Have skipped a lot of what she was trying to do with stretching and really focused on deep tissue (with massage oil) on my neck and shoulders (I asked for and paid for deep tissue), and a very light touch elsewhere. It seems well run and not sketchy (something I always worry about with massage places), but you're not going to get a "spa-like" experience here. Overall it wasn't what I was hoping or expecting, but for what they do and who they are, they do it well. read more

I came over here for a therapeutic 60 minutes massage and was told to take off my shoes and leave them at the front desk. By the time I came back, I noticed the laces on my shoes have been loosened up. I was really surprised. I think that is demonic and fetish. Why would they ask their customers to remove their shoes and not bring them inside in the first place? Came here as a last minute appt because my usual place I go to was booked. It was a Sunday night around 7pm. I was happy they were open when I called. Ir was my first time arriving. I didn't know what to expect. The door has a bell so you can't walk in but wait for the worker to open for you. Once inside, I was greeted by the women who really didn't speak much English and I es a bit confused what I needed to do. She asked me to pay right away before my service? I've never had to pay for a service prior to me getting it? She put me in a room and said to undress and her on a table. There was no blanket or towel on the table? There was only bed sheet sheet that covered the table. I didn't know if I'm just suppose to Just lay on the table naked without anything to cover up? I decided to use the thin piece of wrap that was over the sheet, thinking that was it. When the massage lady came in she motioned for me to get up (while I was naked) and stand there while she fixed the sheet with the think layer That was actually supposed to be a protective cover over the sheet. Then she took out a towel (size of a small bath towel) And gave it to me to cover up as I lay down face down. It was very awkward and uncomfortable and I'm not sure why she didn't have the towels out on the table prior? The massage was basic and not very good. I honestly felt very uncomfortable and not relaxed. The room was cold and with only a small towel it didn't help. The annoying part is that other customers were ringing the doorbell or phone and she kept waking out of the room during my massage to answer the door or the phone. She kept apologizing but it was really annoying. I thought maybe she was the only one working but I did hear another worker come out of another room and talk to someone else. The massage was not good, she only did my back and back legs with a bit of Thai stretches. I was laying face down for the whole hour. I wasn't asked to roll over or she never did my meet (which is what I really wanted). My head was totally congested after laying face down for an hour. Once it was done, I got up to dress and left. There was also another guy there that was working the front desk when I came out. So not sure why he wasn't there before during my massage To answer the door or the phone. I already pre paid for the massage but felt obligated to leave a tip. I asked him for change to break a $20 and he gave me Two $10 bills. Clearly he expected me to give her the $10. (Massage cost was $60). I ended up Doing that and left very quickly. This place is unprofessional! No wavers or any questions on preferences or anything in that nature. I left there angry & in disgust. What should have been "a massage" was let's rub your butt for 30minso the guy from the front desk keep sliding his thumb down my crack several times at that point I was extremely uncomfortable, I keep pulling the towel over, then when I turned around he insisted that rubbing on my boobs & stomach was part of the massage.
