I texted Leila on December 8 and December 17 to ask where my estimate was. Both times I received an apology and was told the technician would be sent a reminder. On December 23 I asked for a refund. Leila agreed to this. It is now January 22, and I have not received a refund nor an estimate, for a project I hoped to have done by now. I am now looking for other plumbers.
