We had System Pavers come out to do a small multi layered patio and walkway for our backyard. We worked directly with Marissa and Justin and spent a little time discussing what our idea was. Their team quickly drew up a plan along with an accurate cost breakdown down before we had to even begin the project, which helped make us feel confident going into the project. Once the construction team got out the process was pretty quick and painless. We had a few things we wanted adjusted as the process moved along (seeing it actually take form helped us really dial in how we wanted it to look), and let me tell you they took all of our requests seriously and were very flexible with us throughout. You could tell their priority really was to make sure we were happy with the final project, even if it meant redoing tiny things or if it added time to the build. I can't stress enough how excellent the experience was working with System Pavers. They take their work seriously and clearly have pride in their work. Our experience with System Pavers was great from our first interaction to placement of last paver to continued service after completion! We had both turf and a paver patio added to our backyard to build a beautiful and usable space for my wife and I to relax AND the kids to have a place to play. Austin Mahan was our design consultant. He was phenomenal in listening to our wants instead of pushing his ideas. He then showed us how we could bring those ideas to reality, all while keeping us under budget! A person cannot ask for more than that (and I didn't even have to ask). Justin Beard our project manager was on point. He not only understood the plans we created but brought some additional small details that tied everything up nicely! What I love most about System Pavers was the customer service. We had a System Paver patio put in in June 2023. In general, we were happy with the product, but underwhelmed by the communication and customer service of the initial installation. We've had several problems, which took some time to resolve; then several additional problems popped up. Based on our prior experience we were just prepared to live with the situation and not return to System Pavers for future projects. I have to say that all turned around last Thursday. Justin contacted me to follow up on our installation. I explained our situation and he stopped by that afternoon to see for himself. He was friendly, and professional. He listened well and offered solutions. Best of all he kept his commitment to get the crew out to resolve the issues. Within 48 hours, he had a crew out to make corrections. I really appreciated his follow through, and that he prioritized our project repairs. The crew did a great job, and we're very happy with the work done. We just completed a job using System pavers. It was probably a relatively small job compared to what this company typically does but we received very professional service as though they cared about not losing even the smallest of jobs. James was the crew chief and Jefrin was the foreman. Both gave us outstanding communication throughout the process and when we req a couple of changes there was no hesitation in make the change to exactly what we wanted. The crew worked long hours to get the job done timely but the work was done so well and with such skill I was just overly impressed and happy. It is difficult to find a company who truly cares about a job well done and customer satisfaction but the workers we had were all of that and more. I would like to add that this review is voluntary and honest. We took the time to compare between to companies and the quoted price was the same within $50. Every company in the world these days seems to want my review. Kinda makes me sick. However, I am eager to leave this glowing review of my experience with System Pavers from start to finish. Javier helped us design the backyard project, showing us many options for pavers, artificial turf and design. He produced a visual rendering to help us see the final outcome, something we really needed. Once the project began I was very impressed with the professionalism of the workers preparing and ultimately completing the job...on time and better than on budget: At the last minute, we decided we wanted a significant change in the design. It would require considerably more work, additional materials and much more paver cutting. Justin, our project manager, authorized the changes and waived the additional cost it undoubtedly generated. Friendly people, eager to meet our every want and very responsive to all our questions and concerns. Tough to beat! read more

We just had a large backyard patio and artificial turf done by System Pavers. We worked with James as our project manager who always responded to our texts and kept us fully informed on what was being done. He also had it hard because he was working as only half of the project and had to have his crew directed by Mario as foreman, work with our pool remodeling company to coordinate all aspects of this project. The project went well, and they were so good about anything we needed looked at or changed. Mario's crew was by far the best crew ever. They were always on time and on a few occasions stayed late to finish plans for the day. They were respectful of our HOA rules about noise control and that made it easier for our neighbors since there was a lot of jackhammering. We would highly recommend System Pavers and if you get James and Mario's crew, you have the best. read more

we had called System Pavers to do an outdoor kitchen, patio, and fire pit area. Brian was the first to come out and help design everything. He was really nice, patient, and super helpful with how to fit everything we wanted in the yard. After getting everything picked out and sent in, the most Amazing project manager and crew came to bring it to life. Justin was so awesome to work with and the crew that put it together was so fast and did everything perfect. They were so great with any changes that came up during the project and were so patient. I just felt so bad for them working in the heat. We got to use everything last night for a party of 40 ppl and it was better than I could imagine. I am super proud and happy with all the amazing work they did for us. If I could give more stars I would. We will be using them again for any future project. read more

This was our second project with System Pavers. The first project was pavers added to the side of the garage to the back yard with a BBQ area. This project was the driveway, steps and porch that we are very pleased with the outcome. Travis Riedel, design consultant was very helpful with picking the material and colors to match our existing pavers and very accommodating to answer all our questions. Lauren Bailey, construction coordinator kept us well informed of each step of the process. System Pavers transformed the appearance and approach to the front of our house - as well as the functionality and safety - with their elegant and wonderfully installed pavers. This was a challenging project as it involved a slope and camber changes. They did a wonderful job and we highly recommend them. Brent Ebeling was the project designer and Joey Garcia was the project manager. They were both excellent to work with, and we particularly appreciated Joey Garcia's hands-on management style! Eliot Harris listened to our hopes and ideas and designed a lovely outdoor space that integrated a stone fountain into the apex of the new patio. Our project manager, Chris Flansburg and team constructed a beautiful patio, working with the natural elevation of our property to establish an overlook, dramatically changing what was previously only a downward inclining grade. We just had System Pavers completely transform the look of our front and back yards. I can't get over how beautiful our yards look now compared to the last 7 years of zero grass. After trying to install a paver patio ourselves, my wife and I decided to let the professionals do it. System Pavers sent Brian out to speak to us about what we would like. After agreeing on the concept and price SP went to work. Brian and Justin let us know we are in good hands with the crew they would send out and scheduled a day for them to get started. The crew of two did not waste any time and had our personal attempt out of the way stacked neatly for return to the store, and started their work immediately. We had our paver patio initially installed by System Pavers almost two years ago, but unfortunately, the job was not done correctly. After noticing some issues, we submitted a warranty repair request, and thankfully, Justin, the new project manager, stepped in. When he saw the poor state of our patio, he immediately took action, bringing in a new crew led by Jefrin. The team was efficient, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They completely redid the patio, and it now appears to be graded correctly to ensure water flows away from our foundation. Yesterday we had an exceptional crew repair our backyard patio. James who managed our repair brought in (foreman Oscar), Alex and Jose. Together they worked very well as a team. It was very humid and the heat was very uncomfortable but we kept them hydrated with Gatorade and provided their lunch. They were so grateful!!! They paid attention to detail and took their time to fit each brick with precision and care. I rate the quality of their work a solid 10 and they cleaned our area meticulously.
