Damien and his team helped us with our yard remodel. They built 3 very long retaining walls for us, installed a new area of pavers, and converted a large patch of gravel to turf. We have had three separate projects completed by Systems Pavers over the last ten years. In 2014 they completed a new patio and pergola on the east side of the back yard. In 2017 they built an identical patio and pergola on the west side, with a new walkway in between. In 2021, they completed and driveway and patio in the front of the house. We have been completely satisfied with all of their work. A few months ago we noticed shifting of a few pavers in the back in two areas. I called the company to see if they would look at these and see if they would repair them. Project Manager Brayan Ferergino came by and said that they have an ongoing project in my area, and he would stop by when he had time and take care of it.. About two weeks later Brayan called me and said he could come by the next day at 7am. He showed up and did an outstanding job repairing the issues in less than an hour at no charge! I am impressed with his willingness to help us on his own time and with the quality of the work. I would recommend System Pavers to anyone planning this kind hardscape. I just have to say, if you use this company, on your initial meeting with the salesman get down everything in writing that you want. We had a change order and I admit it's my fault it was sent to my wife and she signed it without me looking at it first. We wanted a bench, six lights hooked up and seven stepping stones. We already had the stones the wiring and the lights. I was told over the phone that the bench would be $3,600+ the "other stuff" in his words. I figured hey it couldn't be much over that. Told my wife that change order was sent to her email and I was working and busy and didn't tell her to send it to me. She signed it. They charged us an extra $5300 for the six lights and seven stepping stones that we supplied the materials for. We also supplied the materials for the bench. The total was $8,900. $3,600 for the bench which was about 13 feet long and $5,300 for six lights that I wired up and supplied everything for and seven stepping stones. The $5,300 is what I had an issue with but lesson learned. Don't let them email your wife. Also we had drainage put in beforehand and they decided to cap one of them off. I asked several times for them to uncap it and bring the drain up but they didn't. We'll see how that goes because we had serious drainage issues before. I guess you have to be pushy and a dick to get what you want. read more

Cesar and his crew did a fabulous job. I have to say they went completely above and beyond expectations. The crew was hardworking and thorough and so fast. Fast but detailed in all of their work and meticulous in the finishing of the job. Cesar really came through as well - my sales person didn't get me samples and there were some other issues related to the sales process that Cesar stepped in and fixed/helped with immediately. My recent experience with System Pavers was very unpleasant and put me out of my 10% downpayment. When my husband and I were approached by the team, we were excited to have them pave our driveway and add turf to our front lawn. We were told that they were a company with 30 years of experience and promised quality workmanship and materials with good warranty. The team told us that the permitting and so forth will be seamless having completed multiple projects in our area. After sitting for over four months, our project has not taken off due to issues with the permit. The city cc'd my husband on the fee and permit submittal via email so we were able to track the completely messy package that System Pavers submitted. The initial drawing was really a printout map of our property with pen markups (or chicken scratches) that was incomplete and illegible. After the city rejected the initial package, System Pavers resubmitted the wrong paperwork which was the exact copy of the first submittal without any updates or addressing the redlines. Throughout this process, my husband and I received no communication and transparency on the status of our project. After waiting for months, we initiated the follow up several times with the team and got no response on how the company was going to fix their mistakes and timeline on each step. I noticed that this lack of communication and disconnect occurred also internal within their team. The project manager went out to our house to take additional measurements for the permit. A few weeks later, the permit runner reached out to us for these measurements again. As we did not receive the experience and quality service originally promised, we decided to cancel our project. read more

DO NOT USE System Pavers System Pavers will promise many thing and then go back on their words. They will lie to get your business and it will be a struggle to get what you want. For the price they are charging there is no reason at all to go to System Pavers. Here are some examples of how System Pavers lied: 1. They told us they don't subcontract - They apparently exclusively subcontract. 2. They told us they would seal our pavers after construction - They then refused to do it unless we pay them another $3000, which is above market pricing. 3. They promised our orange tree, which was a centerpiece to our construction, would live and be fine - They cut the main roots and killed the tree before pavers were even installed, and tried to blame us for not watering it more often. We later got a professional to examine the tree, it was clear the construction workers cut the roots, you can literally hand pull the tree out of the ground, there were no more roots. 4. They promised no damage to our home - they ended up breaking one outdoor chair, damaged the exterior wall and chipped the corner of the foundation of the house, killing one orange tree, and broke two water hoses that were ours. There were no compensation whatsoever. 5. They promise consistent updates and an online portal that tracks progress - The project is now complete but the website still shows us as "planning", what a joke. 6. They promised to have a team working with us throughout the project - We had to force project manager to interact. The design consultant took the month off, while the sales manager and construction manager ignored any contact, including email and phone calls, when we tried to reach out to them. 7. The designer said he will be there for the walkthrough and we can consult him anytime for design changes - he then went on a month long vacation before our project even started. When we asked for another designer we were told "that's not gonna happen". The overall process was supposed to be painless and seamless for such a big company and the price we paid, but it ended up being neither. They only wanted to charge more and more for things we had discussed and agreed upon prior during the consultation. They showcase no care for our home and treated this as just a cog in the wheel. The only saving grace was the subcontractor they hired went above and beyond to talk to us, but every System Paver employee themselves were hands off, incompetent, and inconsiderate. Even though they provide a warranty, the actual check on quality of work is reliant on you the consumer, and they try their best to not finish, fix, or address any concerns or updates that are had. TLDR; they will promise things like paver sealing and no damage to your home, to only then want to charge you more for what was promised. They don't care about what the customer wants, only the money. DO NOT USE System Pavers. read more

We had System Pavers remodel our backyard space including along the side of the house and a front patio. The previous owner had essentially ripped everything out and had a cheap wooden deck prior to listing the house. It was just the deck, a ton of soil and a bunch of unkempt plants. System Pavers did a complete re-haul. Chris made an awesome sketch of his vision for the remodel and they were able to break ground in about 3 weeks. We lucked out that another job fell behind schedule and we got bumped up in the queue. They finished in about 2 weeks. They installed new pavers and turf.
