Subsequently, we had a cab driver take us from the airport to the rental agency and return us to the airport. When we returned the car we were unable to pull into the garage return area because there was another car in front of us with no driver. The attendant asked us to sign return papers and then told us to just leave the key on the dash, which we did. Then the cab driver took us back to the airport. They have since said they cannot find the key which we left with the car. When we departed, they repeatedly called us and said that their staff couldn't find the key. We checked all of our pocessions - we didn't have the key. They told us they were going to charge us for the key. Worst car rental experience ever. And I contested the $300 key charges with my credit card. I am a frequent traveler and I have never had anything like this happen before. Online their are reviews saying that this company tries to charge people for things they aren't responsible for. CEO and founder of Easirent Car Rental is Paul Hanley you should be ashamed!

My insurance company gave me the phone number of Leyvas to get the battery in my car jump started…read more My first impression was that it was really difficult to hear and understand the guy on the other line, but he sounded very polite, so I continued the call. He informed me that one of his drivers would be calling me shortly to let me know how long it will take for them to get to me. About 90 seconds later, I got a call from Juan letting me know that he would arrive within 45 minutes. About 25 minutes after that, he was already at the freeway exit by my job. YAY! He took a look at my battery, informed me about factory batteries and that it can take a while to get a new one due to it being under warranty, but in the meantime, my battery was in BAD shape. I had figured this out already, but was happy to get a second opinion from someone who wasn't trying to sell me something. Instead of just jump starting my car and driving away, he let my car charge up for a while while I was looking up nearby places to get a battery. He then gave me information about a chain that may or may not help me replace my battery, but was worth a try (see my review of Checker/O'Reilly's on Scottsdale & Shea). Juan, the tow truck driver, was extremely courteous and professional and I would definitely call on them again.

Despite my initial disappointment and a previous Yelp review expressing my dissatisfaction, I was pleasantly surprised when two individuals called me directly to address the issue. They promptly admitted their mistake, and without delay, offered to facilitate the immediate delivery of the item. Moreover, they acknowledged the errors made and outlined a swift solution to rectify the problem. As promised, my item was delivered today. The driver was very courteous in calling me with an ETA. I understand challenges arise, but want to thank Accurate Cargo for taking swift action on my behalf.
