Most of my emails were answered with wonderful jabs at my intelligence without actually providing an answer, creating more emails, more questions and a higher bill. After waiting, I reached out again and was told they were working through their backlog and to allow another day or two. That was over a week ago, and I've still received no response. My situation is deeply personal and time-sensitive, and being repeatedly ignored has been incredibly disappointing. And he recommended Nana to do the payroll service. I called her 3 times already, she keeps saying that she will email me the required documents. However, she did not. She's supposed to email it to me today - Monday. And I was waiting all day to receive the requirements, so that I could prepare the necessary paperwork and do everything as quickly as possible. I'm working and also busy with my clients. And I totally understand that she's busy and probably have no time for another potential client. She could just say that "politely", instead, on the phone she was blaming for calling her many time(which I didn't), I just called 1 time a day, just to know when I will receive. She was talking to me like I'm someone she knows, and yelling at me saying that I'm not the only one. But I'm too, working and doing my job. She said that she works until 6 or 7, I can't wait the end of the day, because I have a family, and 6-7 is usually a dinner time. I prefer to do the business in the morning while everything is open.
