    Good display of local cheese

The Brisket Sandwich was pricey @$17.95 for a sandwich and lacked meat3 or 4 small pieces, I was disappointed. And I think the Tri-Tip was also the same price as of June 4, 2026. On a positive note, the Cheese assortments and display was good. And also the Bathroom was clean and well maintained.

Bravo farms is nostalgic for me. This was a must stop for my mom whenever we'd drive by. We use to go try all the cheese, look at the animals, and of course go inside the tree house. The staff is kind and always offer a free sample of their delicious fudge. They have so many cute and unique things is their store. I love walking through seeing what goodies I can find.

This was our first time at this particular location and I actually preferred it over the one off of I-5. The shop is a little bit smaller than the other one, but they still had plenty of local goods and a good sized toy section. They do have a restaurant on site, and plenty to keep your kids busy, including an actual multiple level treehouse. There are even opportunities to feed many of their animals like the llamas and goats. If you venture a little bit farther back in the outdoor space, you will find a slide and seesaw for the kids. If you have dogs they have a dog park to the right side by the parking lot. Restrooms are spacious and clean even with full changing tables! This is a great stop if you are driving along and need a rest!

Saw the signs for Bravo Farms when driving on the 99 and decided to stop. The signs make it sound like an incredible stop but in reality, for two adults with no kids, it was underwhelming and kind of sad. It's located right off the 99 which makes it convenient but it's next to a bunch of industrial buildings so you have to be mindful of semis pulling into the road. The fudge sample was good and they have a nice array of sauces/snacks/dip mixes, etc. The "petting zoo" outside was depressing and worn down. Many of the animal enclosures were empty and the rest were small and not taken care of. It honestly made me sad. I could see how this could be a fun place to stop if you have kids and need a break on your road trip. But if you don't have kids, I don't know that I'd recommend this place.

This location is way better than the one in Visalia. The food quality and portion are way better. Inside and outdoor seating, but I would recommend indoors due to the flies from the petting zoo Ordered: Pulled pork sando Santa Fe salad The fudge is delicious. I personally love the rocky road flavor, but they offer many other flavors to try. Great stopover and to get some souvenirs

This is such a great place to take the whole family. Family friendly for sure. Petting zoo in the back; which is cool; .25 cents for a handful of food to feed the animals. Can get up close to feed the animals and pet them. They have fresh cheese, salami, jelly's, jams, homemade fudge( which you can sample) a Resturant where you can order sandwiches and salads. Little odds and ends for the house;cute accessories and home decor. Staff is friendly and helpful. Even an area in the parking lot where you can take your pets; if they are traveling with you. Clean bathrooms ( much cleaner than rest stops or gas stations) If you see signs for this off highway 99; take a few minutes and stop in.

A great place to get your EV charging and visit the gift shop, petting zoo and restaurant. There were many great stuffs in the store and they have freshly baked fudge cakes and sampling allowed. Love the variety of things they sell, especially the cheese and local farms products. Visited the tree house, it's so cool. Thr petting zoo was amazing too with donkeys, goats, rabbits, peacock and other animals, the goats were so tamed and they let us pat them.

    First visit.

Have you ever been to Wall Drug in South Dakota? This is the closest thing I have been to that reminded me of Wall Drug. They had gifts galore, hand made food and cheese and fudge. They had fun sodas, and magnets, toys for kids and a great restaurant. I'm glad I stopped by, I've seen it from the road a few times and it was totally worth the visit. I found several gifts for Christmas. And a pickle soda for me.

While driving north on Highway 99, my family and I noticed so many roadside signs promoting. "Bravo Farms". Each sign roadside poster /billboard was different from the previous sign and included pictures of a petting zoo, chocolate factory, a big tree house, gifts etc.. My curiosity got the best of me and I KNEW we had to visit the place. Upon exiting the freeway and approaching Bravo Farms, I had no idea what to expect. As we entered the location, I was truly and pleasantly surprised at the size of this place. It is HUGE!!! And it had so many fun things to see and buy. There was a giant machine making chocolate while we were in the store, and a humongous gift shop offering sooooo many fun, and unique items. Food items, beverages, snacks, cheeses, etc. were also available. There was a large chocolate shop inside offering so many options of chocolate items and free samples, a restaurant, clean restrooms, a patio area with a six story treehouse, petting zoo, doggy park, EV charging stations, and so much more. This place is actually fun and unless you step foot inside this place, you would never know such a cool place exists. We walked out of this place after spending $95.00 on souvenirs, snacks and candies and not a single regret.

We stopped here while supercharging and I'm so glad Bravo Farms is just a few steps away. It definitely beats sitting in the car waiting for the battery to fill. This cute little shop is such a fun surprise along the drive. They have an excellent selection of cheeses, different flavor fudges, and plenty of little goodies to browse through while you stretch your legs. There's also a restaurant connected to it if you want to grab a bite, and the restrooms were clean, which is always a huge plus on a long road trip. Perfect pit stop, charming, convenient, and worth checking out if you're passing through!

Such a fun FREE stop on the 99 freeway! We only had 20 minutes of free time to spare, but we made it work! Up the treehouse, over the petting zoo, down the slide, and to the petting zoo/farm animals. There's a machine to pay quarters (I think) to feed them. Donkeys, llama, goat, chickens, rabbits, peacock. We definitely could have spent more time here, as there's a gift shop, restaurant, etc.

I've always passed by this place and never stopped. I'm so glad I stopped today! I went and filled up on some yummy snacks and tried their ice cream! I tried quite a few of their flavors and I couldn't believe how amazing each one of them were! I ended up getting a Junior scoop of the banana Nut one and I probably will be dreaming about it for a while. I'd like to also mention that the prices were fantastic! This is such a cute place to come and visit as a family or even just if you like to explore on your own like me. I cannot wait to go back and get a scoop of ice cream! Maybe next time I'll also try out their salad bar.

Cute spot off the freeway when returning from Sequoia National park. Everything is so cute and adorable. They have great gifts and snacks as well as vintage cheeses. All Kinds of nick nacks on the pricey side. The bathrooms are immaculate and they have have a petting farm where you can feed the sheep. Plenty of parking.

I like milk and its by-products, especially ice cream so this place seemed like a natural place to visit. And, even though it was small, and even though it is not in anyone's map of California places to see before one dies, this place was a tourist attraction that I will remember till the day I can no longer enjoy milk and the mustache it leaves behind. When we arrived to the spot there was a sole attendant, his name was Anthony and he was endearing to the max. I explained to him an abridge story of our road trip and why we made it a spot to visit. He was like really, like he could not believe that this was an intentional stop on a multi hour road trip. I was like, in my mind, this is not a Thrifty ice cream run bro, this is like a milk experience, of course it is a spot on a road trip. What I did say was like--- you are wearing a uniform, (like one of those that (I Love) Lucy waited for in the 1950's), and there was a window into a factory with workers producing milk, and you have souvenirs, thus the joint is a stop to engage with, a stop to plan for, a stop that naturally fits in someone's road trip's tour. After I said a version of all of this, his smile and eyes became wide, like he really was understanding that his presence and this joint was not just a local milk joint but could be a pit stop that can go white with fame. My intention was to get a milkshake but Anthony explained that they did not sell any. I mean I accepted it quickly, but with some lament as a milkshake is my favorite ice-cream by-product, but I made due with what I could. First, I got a chocolate milk in a bottle. Anthony was kind enough to open it for me. I used to be a big fan of chocolate milk, cause it was a staple in the school's free lunch program and I always found it refreshing and sweet and cooling. Which makes me want to define the difference between refreshing and cooling in terms of taste. I guess refreshing makes one go ahhh like after taking a sip of cold cola, and something cooling makes someone feel the crisp of cold within the body, like eating a chilled lemon paleta/popsicle. And on this day, I drank a bottle of milk and found it to be a nostalgic snack down to the last sip. It is important to note that Denise noticed that they had flavors like Orange Blossom milk, and banana ice cream flavors. So this places dares enough to think outside the box or should I say milk carton? Anthony was also lovely enough to bring out samples of their packaged ice cream. I will be honest I cannot remember all the flavors I tried but I think there was cookie and cream. And the ice cream tasted rich, deep, and fresh, like it been churned recently for pure enjoyment. Like it was meant to be good first, then sold next. And thus at its core it was artisan, not mass produced. I guess that is why they explain their products to be "farm direct." Since I could not get a shake or a cone, I decided to get one of their ice cream sandwiches. I went with what I tasted and knew to be good---- the cookies and cream. This decision was also based on the cookies they used. I reviewed the picture but the cookie was not listed. I ate the sandwich outside in the car, and every bite was a morsel of smooth crunch and velvety ice cream. It was familiar and new, it was reason enough to want to visit the place again. In fact I tried too, on the way back from the road trip but it was closed on that day. Too bad, I have put it on my return spots, I found it to be that wonderful, but again milk, ice cream, and all that it stems from it, I am a fan of, so it makes sense for me. But until then, I got the sweatshirt I got from this place to remember it!

I thought hard in deciding whether to give Faria's Ranch Market one or two stars and I settled on…read moreone star simply because this is the kind of fruit stand I want to avoid. I went in there and the location of where the fruit was grown was not listed for any of the fruit. So you don't know what's local or what may have been picked in Mexico and shipped over the border, for instance. I took a picture of a sticker on an apple that said it's from Superfreshgrowers.com. If you have access to the web you could tell that's from Washington state. But there's nothing in the store to help you. Newcastle Produce off I-80 solves this by labeling the origins of all its fruit. The fruit has a problem because it has to buy fruit it can sell and not everything is available locally. But we know nothing of the origins of what is available there. Another gripe is that they advertise themselves as being a cheese warehouse outlet. Their cheese selection si small and the price is about what you'd pay in a supermarket. I bought one chunk of cheese and it was pretty routine cheese, like you'd find in a supermarket. Much of the rest of the stuff are things like all natural honey and expensive popcorn. So I write this review so others are forewarned.

But if you're planning a visit, build in serious buffer time. We stopped in on Memorial Day and, with several parties ahead of us in line, didn't place our order until nearly 20 minutes after arriving. By the 45-minute mark, our food still hadn't come out for two paninis and a soup. What made it especially frustrating was watching parties who arrived after us get their cheese orders and drinks served before anyone had even started assembling our sandwiches. It was clear the shop was understaffed for the holiday weekend, with one person managing the counter and another in the back prepping. We ended up asking to take the sandwiches cold just to get out the door, only to have both stuffed into one small bag, sloppily wrapped. The soup, unfortunately, came out lukewarm regardless. None of this felt malicious. The shop has an unhurried, artisanal quality that's part of its appeal, but that can't fully account for the gap between the experience and a nearly hour-long wait for a simple lunch order while others moved ahead of us. Come for the cheese, come for the atmosphere. Just don't come hungry with anywhere to be.
