It was one from my mom, who passed a few years ago. While the ring isn't worth much, it is priceless to me. Brian spent 30 minutes looking inside the refrigerator, while I looked in the aisle just outside. I fully expected to check out with my groceries and come back to look for it myself but Scott found it two aisles away, as it must've fallen and rolled. The way that the team went above and beyond was so incredible. It means more than they could know. If I owned my own restaurant, I would probably try to scalp the male cook and take him to my business to work instead. He is definitely a diamond in the rough. Young lady snaps back, is rude, borderline disrespectful, and she ignores customers when they ask for napkins, spoons, spicy sauce, chips, etc. Frankly I would be really surprised if the young one was not the owner or family of the owner. The young one conducts herself in a dismissive, unfriendly, arrogant, and unprofessional manner. If she truly is not the owner or owners family, she has absolutely no business working in customer service, fast food, or retail. With the wrong cook and the wrong cashier, these two can drag this restaurant into the ground. Management should intervene and have better oversight of their workers and food quality. Overall, the food and service are so good when the food is prepared right, I will still giving them a 5 out of 5 because the male cook and the short nice, pony tail cashier go above and beyond for their customers.
