Caulking was included in the purchase but was not used. In one of the pics where I had removed tile in entryway to install new tile, it shows the plank was cut and left uneven. I would recommend LL not use these installers in the future. They were nice guys but loud (I work from home), unprofessional, used my tools without asking, left a pile of debris that should have been removed from premises based on work order.
