I started at Ray & Dana's Inman Auto Care. He offered a free estimate. He sent a very comprehensive list of things that needed to be done on my car. I was very impressed with the meticulous detail and the photographs to show why I they were suggesting the fix. This report made me feel that this was an honest shop. And made me feel confortable enough to trust. It turned out that all rotors needed to be changed. I paid a bit more than what the dealer quoted but got both front and rear brakes overhauled and new brake fluids and wheels rotated and balanced. But most of all I got a clear understanding of why it had to be done and the feeling that they were trustworthy. Their customer service was excellent! I live a mile away and needed to be home for telework so he had someone drive me home and then pick me up to get the car. That was awesome and I really appreciated it. Also I called several times with questions and concerns. They politely answered all my questions. I asked them to align the wheels. They checked the alignment and told me it was not necessary. This sealed the deal. I trust this shop and will have them work on my car again.

When searching for window repair, other "window companies" resulted in rejection after rejection, as they only service what they installed. What good is that!?!? SO HAPPY I FOUND ROB AT UNBEATABLE! After emailing him via his site, he replied back promptly, even following up with a text message as I was traveling for work and didn't respond. Analyzing my problem was fast and easy. I sent him a picture of the window /crank/control arm, gave him measurements(he actually knew them but wanted to verify), then sent me links to the parts online for a fraction of the price of what local supply stores wanted. I purchased the parts directly(he gave me 3 sites to check inventory and color desired) and only charged labor costs (very reasonable) to fix both windows. His professionalism was off the charts! We had a budget, and he helped us keep to it, but he really went above and beyond that. Other vendors told us there was no way to keep the 130 year window moldings, but Turab not only helped us keep them, but had so many neat tricks to improve our restoration project. Other vendors just gave us offers against our project scope, but Turab explained to us the dynamics of different windows in different parts of the house and what types worked best and saved us money. He made custom moldings for our cellar windows. He also helped us out to stop a fly tipping incident one day when we were out and not able to deal with it ourselves. And when it was pouring with rain and our basement flooded, he went outside and took a really long and hard look and told us what the problem was. We got it fixed the same weekend and never had issues since.
