Moving forward, I'll actually start writing positive reviews for places I like, and Heavenly Bodyworks will be the first because they have single-handedly renewed my faith in how businesses should be run, both in professionalism and service. Long story short, I thought I could fix cracks and scratches on a first-gen Porsche Boxster from watching YouTube videos and completely flopped. In my panic, I drove my car to Heavenly Bodyworks based off of previous reviews I've read here on Yelp and was absolutely thrilled at the job they've done (see before and after pics). My car looked brand-new and my only regret is that I didn't go sooner. Junior, Crystal, and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and beyond fair - an absolute gem and rarity in an industry notorious for sketchy business practices. I've been back several times since then for smaller jobs (car handle that didn't open from the inside, blown headlight) and each time has been a pleasant experience. I really hope I don't have to come back any time soon (because that means I messed up my baby somehow) but at this point, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

Charlie gave me a fair estimate and wrote it up for my insurance company. After approval, a few days later, the job was done. Excellent job at replacing my bumper and exhaust metal trim as well as repainting those areas necessary. Obviously, I'm recommending this shop. Hopefully they're not too overwhelmed by more work because of my positive review.

That's why I was shocked by how things went this time around. When I asked Mike about doing some new custom paint work, he cut me off immediately and said, "I'm not f***ing doing it." I tried to keep it professional and asked if he could at least recommend someone else who might be able to take on the job, but he flat-out refused that too... just said "Nope," and walked off. The whole thing was rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line, especially toward a returning customer. I've never been treated like that by a business I've supported before. It's disappointing, because my past experiences... particularly when Karen was involved... were always great. But after this, I won't be going back.

When in fact Geico confirmed I never cashed the check and issued the check to them directly. They also threatened to charge with storage fee even tho the car was not ready for me to pick up. When I arrived the car was filthy with compound all over the vehicle and the damaged parts thrown in the back seat. They actually put the entire wheel well, broken lights and other garbage in my back seat. When confronting them about the compound not coming off the vehicle he said you can go home and rub Armor All and it should come off. I was really upset about his response and knew I made a big mistake coming here. Why in the world would I do that after you got paid over 12000 for a job geico claimed only cost 3000 to do. On top of all this you want me to clean up your compound. You couldn't even wash the car. After requesting them to wash the car they said come back in an hour which I did and the car looked terrible. They never washed it and instead sprayed with some oil and the car looks terrible. Also upon picking up the vehicle I notice a dent that was not there before. I didn't want to keep wasting my time with this place so I just left. Please avoid this place you will regret going here. They don't appreciate your business.
