Their price is double compared to other stores like Discount Flooring around. The flooring they delivered was not the same as the sample. Wood surface is much thinner. It didn't match with the flooring I had. I came back and tried to return. They said I was 45 days and they refused to take their product back. Nobody told me about 30 day returning policy when I bought it. Instead they told me it was returnable. On my invoice, it did not say also. I even offered to pay restocking fees but they did not accept it. The store was completely empty every time I visited. No customer. I saw one or two angry customers there not to purchase but to return as well. Now you understand why. Don't buy from them. Bad price, bad product, bad services, angry customers and empty store, and nobody is there basically.
