When you walk in you are usually greeted with a smile and immediately asks if you need assistance by the owner Linh. There is a relaxing atmosphere with the television playing zen scenery and quiet conversation between the staff and their customers. Her staff are friendly and are proficient with their skills, whether it's your nails or toes needing attention. Because I am diabetic, they know to use just the pumice stone on my feet. I highly recommend asking for the foot wax therapy if you have dry feet. It really helps with moisturizing! T&L Nails also does face and leg waxing. Ask about the SNS Nail method. I have been using this method for years and it's worth it. A much healthier alternative for fabulous nails. I always get compliments. read more

A jewel of a place! The reviews on Yelp led me to T&L Nails & Spa. It's quiet and small and just lovely. I waited a bit for a pedicure but I didn't mind because the place was so serene. I got the Ocean Refresh pedicure which included the to-die-for foot rub - she was kind enough to ask what type of pressure I preferred. She dug right in and gave my feet a great workout! The leg mask and the hot stones were included so it was all totally worth the $45 price. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Melbourne/Sebastian/Melbourne Beach area. read more

Lynn couldn't even do a straight line across my nail that completely went to the side of my nail and had me pay for a repair. In total I payed 21 dollars. Not worth it. Joseph cut my nails too short and all of them were different lengths with barely any shape to them when I asked for a almond shape. Terrible job. Not going back. read more

Sadly, my second review on Yelp has to relate to my recent visit here. I just want to say I understand that everyone's experience is different in any establishment you walk in. Although, I appreciated the kindness extended to me, I'm sad to say that there are some down sides I would like to share. I came in for a gel mani and pedi Friday afternoon. I didn't notice any problems until later on that same evening. My gel on two of my toes did not completely dry for some reason. They looked completely warped. So I went back as soon as they opened Saturday morning. Lynn apologized and told me to have a seat. I got to be seen as soon as I walked which was nice. It took about 4 attempts from 3 of the employees there to try to fix them because each time it would not stick and was not looking right at all. Finally after the 4th attempt and a whole hour my toes looked semi okay. I was just glad that it was finally dry. I was told if something like that happens again to come back. Which is a nice gesture but we have busy lives and we most importantly expect services to come out right when you pay for it. Well, Sunday morning I realized not only did the gel not dry correctly again but were now all over my new bed sheets. I called today explaining my disappointment and Lynn asked for me to come by again. I kindly declined and said I wanted a refund for my pedicure. She said she would have to call me back and when she did she said they can't give me a refund but that I can come back for another service free of charge. A business offering that to make things right is a nice gesture but not what I am willing to accept. All in all I don't plan to come back in the future. I'm just going to go forth and buy my own kit and do my own nails at home. read more

I have been coming to this place off and on for a long time but yesterday I had a horrible experience with Chi.I came in with my sister we both wante full sets. Chi cut me multiple times and my nails just look awful and weird. The shape is half round half square. She was very rough with me and I would suggest you definitely not have chi ever give you a full set....I am very upset with how they look and I will never be going back to them. I was very disappointed on two counts. First, I was quoted $33 for a manicure & pedicure on the phone and when it was time to pay they charged me $10 more because they filed the bottom of my feet (which in other salons is part of the peducure fee). I was asked if it was ok to do this and I said yes (as other salons have done this, but with no charge). At no time was I told that it would cost more for that service until it was time to pay. And secondly, he didn't do a good job of removing the old skin from my fingernails. Needless to say, I'm never going back there again!! read more

Excellent experience. We took my 94 year old grandfather here today for a basic pedicure. He had Lily and she did a wonderful job of being gentle and taking good care of him. They were all kind, patient and very professional. The salon is very clean and did not have an overwhelming smell the way some salons do. If you are in need of a very quick pedicure, this is your place. If you are looking for more of a relaxing pedicure, I would try somewhere else. From the time they took my nail polish off to the time I paid, it was a total of 22 minutes. Plus two days later, my polish was chipping. Very disappointed in my experience there while visiting from out of town. My pedicure was rushed and not relaxing. Asked for SNS dip nails and they were applied horribly, two base coats and then gel on top, which is not correct. Bubbles and fibers in multiple nails on hands and toes and two nails broke and chipped within 36 hours of application. Went back to tell the owner and asked for cost of manicure ($40!) to be reimbursed; she refused and said she would fix my nails. I didn't want another inferior service so I declined. As an addition to my earlier review, I have been going to T&L for 2 years. Chi has been doing my nails since then. She always does my pedicure. I always get the deluxe package and I love love love how she does it. Very thorough on ingrown toenails and excellent with callouses. I lost a nail and she put an artifical one on...it looked like my own, you couldn't tell it was fake. My feet look and feel fantastic when she is done. If I get gel mani she will do them and I love them. She files my nails exactly how I like them. Typically if I have SNS, Lynn, Lee or Sarah will do them. I think one time I didn't like how they turned out. All I did was tell Lynn and she took care of it. No questions asked. Everyone has a bad day sometimes and you can't please everyone. What I do know is Lynn and Joseph stand by their guarantee of satisfaction and will do whatever it takes to please their customer. When I walk in I'm greeted as if I'm family, when I walk out everyone wishes me well. To end, Chi is a lovely person and an excellent manicurist. read more

We went to T and L Nails expecting to come out with smiles on our faces, but we experienced just the opposite. First of all, they didn't massage at all and did not put lotion on. I was so mad. The day later, my nail polish is completely off and I didn't even get in the pool or clean. We ordered the "deluxe" pedicure. They didn't even do half of the stuff they were supposed to do. Very upsetting. On the day that we got them done, my sister's toe polish was half off! If we had gone to ant other place the toe polish would have lasted 3+ weeks. The prices are sky high. I would not have minded if they did an extraordinary job, but they clearly didn't. Absolutely NEVER going their again! read more
