Went in for a gel manicure with Tyson. A couple days later a had a couple bad chips. Spoke with Tyson, he asked me to come back for him to fix. Long story short he wasn't going to be in the salon and told me someone else would fix. I went in and the owner told me Tysons father would fix. He filed the corner of my nail off and put a clear coat on top. It looked horrible! The top coat wrinkled. Needless to say I went elsewhere to have my nails redone. I think the products are old. This salon isn't very busy, I can clearly see why. The salon could use a good cleaning also! I can't say I recommend the salon. read more

Absolutely infuriating experience. I've been to Ambiance Nails at 705 Palm Bay Road (next to Tijuana Flats) twice -- and that's two times too many. The first time, I got a basic pedicure with gel for $35. Fair enough. The second time, I specifically requested a spa pedicure with gel and was told it would be $45. I expected, at the very least, something more than the standard service -- maybe an exfoliation, massage, or even basic attention to detail. Instead, I got the exact same rushed, bare-minimum treatment as the first time. When I asked what the difference was between the "spa" and the "basic," the technician actually smirked and said, "Nothing." He then told me if I wanted callus removal, I should've asked for a deluxe pedicure -- for another $5. So basically, they're charging more and renaming the same service without providing an ounce of extra value. I'm sick and tired of being misled and ripped off by nail salons like this one. It's deceptive, unprofessional, and just plain greedy. Save your time and money -- Ambiance Nails is nothing but a scam in a salon chair. read more

I went their yesterday to get my lashes done they made me wait over 40minutes and after she done my lashes and I told her I didn't like it and I wanted certain things changed she didn't want to change it so I left when I left they closed the door and after on top of that I came the next day to re do them cause when I woke up they was gone off my eyes didn't even last and it don't look right and how I wanted it and I went to the store it was open but their was no one inside I had to go all the way in the back and their was still no one till I heard laughing and when I opened the door they was smoking and laughing instead of staying inside the salon helping or waiting for customers and I told the so called manager that I didn't like my service that was done he had an attitude with me yelled and me and was saying certain words I didn't like and was provoking my service to be done I had asked to speak to someone above him and he said he don't know who is above him and he don't have their number .! He listens to what you want and pays attention to what you're saying. 4 of the other nail techs have been there since I have been going. And they all speak good to great English! The staff is very friendly as well. The shop is clean & spacious. Two of us got the same pedicure and we both had what felt like a different treatment. Very budget pedicure for $30. They reused the nail supplies which is very unhygienic. For the nail paint, my tech had to try three different shades before he found one that had paint in it. It was streaky and rough which he later cleaned up to have a finished look. I decided to veto my gel manicure and they tried to upsell and rush a manicure. Very disappointed in the nail service. I wouldn't recommend this place as it was sub par and not even worth the money. read more

When I moved here, it was a hit or miss and leave absolutely unsatisfied at other salons. This is by far my favorite nail salon. I love Matthew, the new owner. He is so welcoming and treats me as we are long time friends. He knows exactly my style and what I like. This is a huge deal for me since I hate when I pick the wrong color. He helps me pick complementary colors all the time. The salon is clean and sanitary. He has great colors and an array of different products. I've told all my friends and family about this salon and this is their go to spot. Bottom line, it's all about the attention to detail. Try them.. you'll be happy you did! read more

This place is so awesome! It was my first time going here. The owners are so welcoming and nice. I called last minute and they were able to get me in right away. The massage chairs are awesome. I got a pedicure and a dip ombré French manicure. The pedicure was so good they actually took their time and did a perfect polish job! I will be going back here. Came here for an appointment at 11:30 for a pedicure and full set acrylic nails. Got here the guy that did my toes took an hour to do them mind you only got my toes done none of that extra stuff. He kept messing up the nail polish. Got to getting my nails done. I said short told him not too much and showed him the length and he cut them way too short. And he couldn't do a simple design I wanted and now they are making me wait for another person to do them and I've been waiting for 20 minutes for this person to show up as I'm writing this. Don't come here if you are wanting a damn simple design cause they don't know how to do it. And they talk crap about you in their little language. I've been looking to find another nail salon after the one I frequented changed owners and went downhill. I was reeled when I saw the 10% discount because c'mon who doesn't like to save money? I scheduled my and my mother's appointment the same day and got an immediate confirmation via text. I scheduled a liquid gel full set for myself and a shellac manicure for my mother. Walking in, We were immediately greeted by Matt and asked how he could help us. I advised him that we had appointments and we were given our swatches to pick out our colors. The interior was clean, spacious and very welcoming. My mother was taken care of by Lily and I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Matt himself. My mom is always hesitant with going to nail salons because she hates not being listened to when she has her requests so she just avoids them but she LOVED Lily. She took the time to listen to what my mom wanted and also was very nice when my mom pointed out a little mishap she made with the clear coat. Matt was extremely nice and knew what he was doing. He did stop a few times to get other clients that walked in settled in but working in retail, I get it that you can't ignore clients who walk in. Went during the week with a party of 3 women, including myself. So 3 deluxe pedicures. I was the only gel nails. The woman who did my nails was just.. awful. On top of hurting a part of my foot that should have never had skin broken, she left me soaking for over a half hour in lukewarm to cold water with no communication, just gets up and begins working on another clients acrylic nails while I sit waiting, the two ladies I'm with are getting the services performed while I wait. Then by the time my nail lady returned to me, the two women I came with were already done with massage and going onto the nail painting so she rushed through the rest of my pedicure, breaking skin on the SIDE of my foot (on bone) and giving one of the worst massages I've ever had. On top of this they still charged for the full thing when I got less than adequate service. I will never return and neither will the women I came with. I have regularly gotten my nails done for years now and this is literally the worst pedicure I've ever had. read more

Went in for a fill/color change & then a pedicure. Next day the clear coat was peeling/chipping & bubbling off my toes. Went in to get it fixed & after they "redid" all my toes, they actually looked worse than originally done before the chipping. Same person did them both times. I've come here before without any problems, but I had a terrible experience today. I came in for a walk-in around 3 and asked if they had time for a pedicure. They said yes, but then I sat in the chair for about half an hour. I asked the woman how much longer it would be, and she said she was almost done, but there was another woman waiting for a pedicure who she needed to do before me. She apologized for my wait, but I wish they had just been honest about the wait time from the start. I went for the first time the other day and they were able to take me in quick for a fill and gel polish. The only complaint I have, and partially my fault as well was that (hard to see in photos) but you can tell he filled the back but didn't flatten it towards the front so wasn't too happy about that. So when I look straight at my nails it looks a little bubbled on some of my nails. I should have looked and asked him to fix it but I didn't so kind of my fault but also something he should notice! I went to several different nail salons looking for a good technician that would make my fills last. I tried a few different places before Ambiance, but once I had my nails done by Nina- I was hooked! First of all, they looked very natural, with a beautiful arch and good shape. But most amazing of all, I can go three weeks without a fill! (Keep in mind I use regular polish and change it at home, the last week is a sheer glitter that hides any fill lines, but does not look bulky.) In my opinion, the price is worth every penny! (A fill is $20, but at every three weeks that is nothing!) Also, the staff is very polite and I never have an issue getting an appointment...give it a try!!! You won't regret it! read more

A friend and I had an appointment for tomorrow. We needed to cancel and go, today. I called to explain. I made a new appointment for me with Andy. My friend would take care of her appointment on her own. I had my manicure and pedicure. My friend called that she was finished with what she had to do and could Andy do her nails after mine. He checked and said it would not be a problem. My friend showed up and the manager, Kevin, started on a tirade how we shouldn't cancel appointments. He holds appointments for people. When we cancel he can't reschedule. I've never heard of such a thing. We were so shocked that an owner/operator of a salon would act this way. We walked out. The last time I had my nails done there, I didn't know who the manager was. However, Kevin was the one who started my nails. I was then passed to another person as he was too busy to complete the task. I thought it a little odd but I let it go as things do come up. I can no longer recommend this salon.
