I travel for work, so I'm constantly trying new salons all over the country. These guys were thankfully open on a Sunday, and Sunny took care of me. My nails were initially pretty brittle (acrylic damage), but she was VERY gentle with me!! Did not over-file, did not pull or tug. I decided to go with gel this time and they have lots of shades and colors. Ended up going with a turquoise ombré effect with 5 different colors! Very fun. If you have no where to go after getting your nails done, the tech was nice and did a decent job. However, they don't have UV lights to quick dry your nails, so you're left sitting for 20+ minutes letting them air dry. I could have done this at home. And soon as I got home, of course the polish got indents and scraped and everything else to ruin the quality since they didn't dry properly. Again, not bad but if you don't have hours to sit around not touching anything, maybe look someplace else read more

I had two pedicures at this location. I've never had a fungus on my toes in all the years I've been having my toes done. The first pedicure was wonderful and the owner, Kim, actually did my pedicure. When I went back a few weeks later, when the polish was removed I had a fungus on my right big toe and was told it was a bruise. I had a French pedicure the second time. The pedicure was wonderful, however, after a week, the polish began to look strange and my bruise was getting darker. So I removed the polish and clipped my own toenails to try to let my BRUISE heal. After about 8 -9 weeks my bruise hasn't gone away and it's a fungus! I will never go back to this salon again, using dirty utensils caused fungus and now I'm trying to heal my feet. I'm confused by the low ratings. While the salon has been established for 18 years, I neither found it dirty, nor did I receive poor treatment. The quality of the work was excellent. I was handled gently as a customer should be, and my pink and white nails look fabulous! I'm bringing 4 of my family members in for pedicures tomorrow! I absolutely love this salon! They have recently refurbished it and upgraded the chairs and equipment, however I've been coming for years. I don't come as often because I have moved away, but if I have any reason to come into the area I'll make an appointment. Kim, the owner is an incredible manicurist and I have not been able to find anyone as good as her in my new city. Her daughters are great also and I love the family feel of the salon. It's not super upscale, but truly at the end of the day I don't need the salon to look upscale I need my nails to. And that they do after a visit here I always leave with elegant, well manicured nails that looks great for weeks on end. read more

I've gone to this place four times already and each time it was perfect. First, I'm 400lbs with Cushing's disease. My legs and arms are super weak because they caught it late. I can't hold up my legs when they do my pedicure but these ladies are strong enough to do it for me. They are so nice and don't make me feel embarrassed about being disabled. I was having a really bad day with my Cushing's and couldn't lift my leg even a little and the nail specialist squatted on the floor for 30 minutes doing my nails on my feet. They go out of their way to make you feel good. I'm a high risk for covid19 so getting my feet done worried me. But I can't reach them because I'm so fat. This salon has the top notch precautions in place. Masks are required, plastic walls between people, no one sits next to each other and they are always spraying disinfectant after people. This place is very clean. I love their prices too. I've had three different people work on my feet and they are all fantastic so there isn't really just one I could recommend. read more

So I gave this place a chance, I got an acrylic repair, acrylic fill and a single color. First the nail tech cut way too deep into my cuticles and I had horrible hangnails for a week after, also one of my nails fell off a week later, and I got that nail repaired when I went in... The tools were also uncleaned and the nail tech dropped a tool and continued to use it on me.... Never going back. read more

This place is filthy! They use the same tools on person from person and never clean them. My wife went here to get a manicure and pedicure done. By the time my wife had already had her pedi done, I ended up telling her that something had come up and we needed to go, due to what I had seen. One lady after cleaning her cuticles put away the tweezer thingy, and watched her use it on the next client never even cleaning it. NASTY!Someone needs to call the health board. I was looking for a place to do my nails while on vacation. I came across this place and it was decent. I waited for someone to do my nails that all I needed was a gel fill. The nail tech said yes I'll do it, then what was annoying was she kept doing something else instead of focusing on my nails. I wanted a pink and white and I told her that a couple of my nails of the white were too much and it wasn't even! So then she passed me along to someone else to file the nails that's not what I wanted. I wanted less of the white on the nails compared to the other one! So he says it's not a machine it's hand done, and I said 4 Times that the nails didn't match! I paid the money why is it that i couldn't get what I want! Long story short I will never be back here again! Find another place to have professional and courteous people to do nails!! Awful experience!! They want to do what they want to Do! had the owner twice give me a pedicure, the first time she sat and chatted to a friend of hers that came into see her while working on my feet, it was weird the friend looking at my feet. Then the second time a call came in for her and she sat there on the phone for 4 mins while using one hand to try to rub my legs with the gel/cream.
