Diamond lost my business to Garlock Collision. Diamond refused to give me a quote unless I had the insurance quote. I asked the insurer (Farmers) why they might've done this and they said they most likely wanted to make sure I had the money to pay for the work. Garlock Collision was willing to be the first to quote the job and got my business. A replacement door on the back of a Sprinter van. About a $6500 job. I went to Diamond today to have some paint correction done. First, they asked if I had an appointment. I didn't. Then, if it was an insurance claim or if I was going to pay for it. I said I would be paying for it. Then, she asked me for the make and model of the car. When I told her that it was a 1999 Jaguar XJ, she said "Sorry, but we don't work on cars older than 2000." I went there because I was told by Haron Jaguar that they are certified. To me that meant they were a professional outfit and knew what they were doing. Well, I guess I was wrong. read more

If you have a Jaguar, Land Rover or other high end vehicle and have to have body damage repair BEWARE of this repair shop. I have a 2024 Jaguar F-Pace that was side swiped by a semi causing damage to the whole passenger side. For Jaguar repairs, you can only take them to a "certified" Jaguar repair shop, for me, that meant having my vehicle taken 2 hours away to Diamond, worst experience ever. Brought my vehicle in the beginning of December 2024, the shop had the vehicle for nearly 3 months. Week after week they would promise the vehicle was going to be ready and then the day of, something unexpected would pop up and it would be delayed. This happened at least 3 weeks in a row. The last time it occurred, the manager (Marco) said they would reimburse the rental car costs for the last time it was ir delayed, ended up being 6 days ($390). When my wife picked up the vehicle they told her to submit the receipts, a week later they still hadn't responded, when she reached out she received the attached email, stating they decided they weren't going to reimburse. Additionally, when she got home with the vehicle she found the trunk cover has not been reinstalled, she contacted Marco and he agreed to ship it, it never happened. A week later, drove 2 hours to go pick it up. The MOST EGREGIOUS was when we looked over the vehicle after getting it home, we found they had completely missed repairing a whole area on the bumper!! (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS). Had to reach out to Progressive who made arrangements to have the vehicle taken to another repair shop to inspect the repairs that were done and complete the final repairs. Be careful and don't be fooled like we were by this shop because of how they set you in or the other vehicles they show you they are working on, this place is a SCAM, they will drag out your repairs and do a crappy job. read more

Before bringing it to Diamond auto body, the hood had a fairly big gap between the bumper and the hood itself. When picking up the car we could visibly see immediately that the gap was gone and the body line was how it should look. The quality of work was amazing, the employees were very professional, courtesies, and timely. They listened to what I wanted and did what I needed. The job was done right the first time. read more

If you want your car to sit on their lot for 3 months, while they get around to it - that's true. They OVERBOOK, so there's just cats sitting there when they're good to go. And try to get in touch with your advisorAlso if you call, expect, again to be put on hold & wait,wait, wait & then speak to a RUDE receptionist. NEVER NEVER EVER!! I recently had my Tesla repaired at Caliber & was greeted warmly & waited maybe 10 minutes, perhaps 5 & was greeted by Christy who was friendly knowledgebly Sge looked at the damage & agreed war neede to be repaired (also said a bit of damage to the trunk (hit the open garage door)? I was given a date the work would be done & it was 2 weeks EARLY. When I picked up my Tesla the manager & I observed the damaged areas & it was perfect. It was immaculate inside & out. I've came here twice. The second time when I got my front bumper replaced, I picked my car up, took a look, noticed they used old bolts and pieces to secure it. I'm like ok we'll they're reliable so this is probably good enough. I was wrong, as I was driving on the highway, the undercarriage came off! It pulled off the wheel well with it as I was on the damn highway, I thought a tire blew up. This was some pathetic securing. Which could've very likely killed me as semis are all around me. I pulled off the road and have to tie everything back together with my shoelace. The securing pieces weren't even secured on some they were just placed on top of where it was supposed to be secure. Ok so I go in since I read the warranty. The guy was trying to say I hit something and it looked like I hit something. Yeah no I did not. I'm guessing he's the one who knew he didn't secure it right. RUN!!Hands down the WORST quality of work and customer care I have EVER received from a body shop. They took a pressure washer (they admitted they did) to my car way too close and stripped paint from my grill and refuse to do anything about it. They say it came like that!! THEIR adjuster took photos of my car the day i dropped it off, attached are the photos they took as well as pictures the moment I picked it up at their shop. Clearly my grill wasn't damaged. Also the chips in my rim chips they were supped to fix, (they charged insurance for rim repair on the invoice) They slapped some paint on it and it looks terrible. Absolutely awful work at Diamond auto body, highly recommend going elsewhere to avoid them damaging your car or not properly fixing it. read more

If you have a surplus of free time to have your car in this shop and don't mind miscommunication the whole way then this is the place for you! This place is crazy busy and flooded with business to the point that I'm positive they had my car for longer than need be. On top of that I kept receiving "updates" that my car would be done by this day, then by that day, then the following week, then later today. Most "updates" were inaccurate. I've explained multiple times the issue and even the quality assurance man felt bad for the terrible job and apologized profusely. They took 3+ months to "fix" my Audi A4 after accident. It was dropped off 01/10/2022 and got it last Thursday 03/17/2022. At first it was $2k + job insurance agent said when she went to appraise the damage on the car they had dismantled the wrong car. They got to work on it 3 week after drop-off. (They did tell me they were behind, therefore didn't mind. I work from home and have other vehicles) will try to make long 3month story short as possible: The first time they told me it would be done was around 2 week of Feb. My brother made the drive down to the shop. The car was not to be found. When they found it, it was at another place getting aligned but they had found more damages. Went back for repairs and once again got the call that it was going to be done by the end of the month. Now, the car was done but they forgot to fix the paint and damage from the back. How can you forget? It was written in the report. They gave me an option to to cash out or get the back paint fixed. I chose get it fixed. The story repeated itself the body shop technician called me saying the battery was now not holding charge. The car turned on to get on flat bed after accident and turned on to get on another flat bed to the auto shop. After three months it could have negligence in their part. The hood on my car also doesn't hold anymore. Will be taking my car to another shop to check OEM parts and damages not fixed by the shop. Overall 0 Stars for Communication : Not meeting deadlines set by them 0 Stars for Time : 3 months - I had a shop in LA fix Injectors and new suspension in two weeks. 0 Start for Details : Not letting me know about battery issue till the end and realizing the hood doesn't work along with metal grinding when shifting accelerating. The only thing that will get 3 stars is the paint. Lets be realistic paint cant be me match. Overall this shop dropped the ball so many times. Will be taking further action after I get a full diagnostic in another shop. read more

Don't waste your time coming here. They refused to even look at my car for an estimate. Apparently you need to book an appointment a month in advance to be granted their attention. The receptionist was very snotty and acted like it was a privilege to even be allowed into the building. There were also multiple employees standing around with nothing to do. However, they did a very thorough and excellent job in repairing the damage and replacing the vehicle parts where needed. Diamond Auto Body came recommended by a coworker because I was looking for somewhere to quote scratch repairs on my car door. I brought it to Diamond yesterday and was told that that the door didn't need paint work, but that the could likely buff it out. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who assisted me, but THANK YOU! Had an appointment scheduled today at 0940 hrs. I showed up just before before 1000 hrs, which I admit was a little late ( I have a 3 month old daughter that was being fussy and did not let me leave the house on time). I only needed to have my drivers side door handle replaced due to my vehicle getting broken into on Christmas. This was the shop that my insurance recommended so I decided to schedule the appointment. When I arrived I was immediately told to go to another shop because I was more than 5 minutes late or I would need to reschedule for another week (mind you my work let me have today off to get this taken care of). The employee I met with said it was the policy of my insurance company to turn me away because I was late. Long story short I called my insurance and they said that was NOT their policy. I do not usually write reviews... maybe their body work is just fine, I don't know because I didn't end up fixing my car here as their customer service was AWFUL, specifically from a manager named Danny. It is a shame that BMW recommended me to them and this company did not deliver. Danny was not courteous and often acted rude and short with his answers. After three weeks of having my car delivered to Diamond body they didn't have an estimate for me and every time I would inquire they didn't have further information, like no one had any idea what was going on... anyway, bad experience for me. read more

Took a long time with our car. Longer than promised. Car had damage created by their techs. They patched it and not replaced. Hope it holds up because manager could or would not guarantee it - something they caused! Rest of work was ok, but the worst part was the poor communication. Promised calls that never came. I would call and get no returned calls. Spoke to one of their managers and explained our concerns. Instead of resolving issue immediately, he gave the excuse for employee that they have been very busy. Very busy is a good excuse for not returning a call within a day maybe, not for no return calls for days on end. He assured me he would get person to call me right away. That was two days ago. After going in again to the get the final part needed to fix my car I talked to Anthony and and it looks like it is my battery. He said it was their mistake that they left the lights on that hindered my battery and is going to make me have to get a new one. Never did I think fixing the front bumper would come with so much difficulty! At least the front bumper is fixed and Anthony was nice and admitted to the issue that was their fault completely.
