The cons: Definite breakdown in communication between the employees and also with their suppliers. We ended up having to reschedule numerous times over the course of several weeks due to failed communication and issues with orders not arriving on time. The pros: Nicole was the star of the show. Due to the miscommunications on several occasions, I had to contact Nicole several times to follow up or reschedule. Nicole was responsive and professional regardless of whether she was in the office or not (happened a few times). She was their saving grace, to be honest. I would normally not have stuck around after the third reschedule. The installers were all extremely kind and professional and did their jobs very well. All in all, we understand that businesses are having to make adjustments due to closures that may impact business. The Truth is that many of the issues that came up in coordinating the installs could have been avoided with better communication. We will probably not go through Triple Crown again but I definitely want to give the employees their due for the services as and when they were provided.

The shop was easy to find, the hours are great. You'll find several types of glass samples on display in the showroom, glass cuts, colors and textures that I hadn't even imagined. There is a friendly cat in the showroom area, in case you're a cat person. It's ok if he walks out the door with you, he knows his way around. When I dropped off the template, one pane of glass had already been cut based on my written description & a follow-up phone call, they were a perfect match! My glass panes were cut to order, completed in about a week, and came out perfectly. My next order will be for a few sheets of plexiglass, you know I'll be calling Temple Glass & Mirror first! They stated that they were having difficulty acquiring a screen door that would fit, then said they would make the screen door themselves, then said they couldn't find what they needed. This went on for over a year. I finally gave up and canceled the order. The front office staff was very nice, but we just kept having the same conversations that didn't go anywhere. I would not recommend this company. Two months later I'm still waiting for a refund. Initially I was told that their credit card machine was broken. Since then I've made numerous phone calls and even visited the office only to be told that Kenny, the manager, is out of the office and they don't know when he'll be back, and he has to review the invoice and determine the amount of the refund. When I asked if he could do that on the phone, since the charge for the product that installed (a glass window) is clearly detailed in the invoice, the amount of my deposit is clearly defined, and all he needs to do is say how much the labor charge was; the remainder is the refund.. I was told that 'no' he needs to actually review the paperwork and has to be in the office to do that. Then I was told that they couldn't reach him on the PHONE because he's off-site working out of state. When I reiterated that this has gone on for over a year, the front office person said that they have other clients in that same position. At this point I don't even know if this is a real working business.
