The temperature differences between the outside of the sunroom and the interior of the sun room runs between 15-20 degrees. This is a boon to our energy costs. The sunroom also shields us from extreme heat - our air conditioner does not kick in as often. On top of this, the after-service was great. We had a plug acting up in our garage that kept needing to be reset. I blame the funky wiring in…read moreour house. We had trouble running the dryer at the same time as some things in the garage such as a secondary fridge and irrigation control panel. The funny thing is we've had this setup working for years since we moved in until only recently it just kept tripping the plug. The issue was getting triggered from the dryer vibrating on the wall which led to investigating all the plugs in that circuit. We had Mark Clements come out with Hayden and they figured out the issue almost immediately by swapping things around with other plugs and installing a new plug so the switch didn't get thrown anymore. All this to say, I made the call in to Dailey this morning around 7:45 am, technically when they're not even open, and they answered. They were able to call me back around 8:10 and got us scheduled for 9:30 am. It was all sorted out around 9:45, which I consider to be a nice turnaround unworthy of complaints. All this cost $69.00 (service fee) plus $105.00 (GFCI replacement). I would highly recommend Dailey for any electrical needs or otherwise! Good luck to you!

Theresa, the woman I spoke to at their office, ensured me that there would be proffesionals working on this project and gave me a hefty but reasonable quote based on the projected hours that the 2 men would spend building the shed. The quote was around $2,000 and it was constantly repeated that the price was based on the hourly rate. Honestly that's a pretty steap price for building a shed. I had no free time to do this project on my own as I was planning a wedding, still in the process of moving, and preparing for a baby to be born on top of my full time job. I now wish that I bit the bullet on that one and did it myself because I would have saved myself $3,600. These proffesionals were constantly complaining about the manual and claiming that the instructions were wrong (in my line of work this is common for people that just can't figure it out and want to blame the product for their own lack of understanding). If it was hard to understand, I don't get why they sent 6 different people to work on this thing, anyone who's led a project in construction before knows that when things get handed to other people constanly it gets messy, and the new people have to play catch up trying to pick up where the last people left off. This makes sense when you realize that they make more based on how long they take on the project. Not only this but there are several spots where screws are supposed to go where there aren't, meaning on the finished product there are gaps between the floor and the walls. I understand that it's hot outside and sometimes the heat can take a lot out of you, but as someone who works on residential and commercial air conditioners for a living (meaning spending the bulk of time on rooftops or attics where the heat is amplified), the guys could suck it up. It honestly seemed like most of the time when I checked on the guys working on the shed, they were either reading the manual for excessive periods of time, complaining about the heat, or complaining about how some auto shop was trying to screw them over by selling them an overpriced service. (Ironic, huh). The property owner here where I live also reported to me that there were pieces of our seperate project that were taken by the individuals working on the project. I don't doubt that we'll get them back, but I do feel that it's worth mentioning. All in all the job did get done, the shed absolutely did get built, but they dragged their feet a bit, I paid way more than initially planned, and the final product could have been a little more refined.
