The attendant was friendly the day I was in there. However, I called before I came to check to see if the larger commercial washers would accommodate an 8x10 washable rug. I was told it was no problem. I got there a bit later and panicked because the largest washers were both out of order. However, the commercial washers the next size down worked ok for me. Because it is listed to 10 pm all I needed was to wash which takes 20 minutes I arrived at exactly pm the staff observed me loading in axp 50 lbs of laundry from the disability parking once inside and beginning to load the machines proceeds to verbally attack me with you can't wash I will call the cops and don't come back here and locked the door at 9 05 pm. This laundromat is clean for the most part, seems to have more working washers and dryers than the one in Radcliff, and I like that their change machine will give you bills back instead of just quarters. The old lady there is a bit grumpy, so I just don't talk to her unless I have to. They also have a nice little seating area, with some vending machines and a TV; and a restroom for customers. If you like barbecue, Paw Paw's is next-door. If the lady that works, there was actually friendly, this would have been a five star review. This is my first time to use a coin laundry place. I thought my expectations were going to be pretty low. It I actually like this place. I came as soon as they opened since it looked pretty empty compared to the evening looked pretty busy. The larger washers wash up to 6 loads for $7, and the single washers cost about $1.75-$2.50 depending one the one you use. Single dryers cost $0.25 for small and $0.50 for large. They do sell detergent, softener, and bleach for about $2. They also have a vending machine for snacks and drinks. Tv and free WiFi for entertainment. ATM and coffee. The location is right next to a couple discount stores, 2 places to eat meals and A automobile oil &lube place. read more

The laundry mat is clean, most the time all the washers and dryers are in working order and the price is decent. My problem however is with the lady that works there (or owns it) I've seen her be rude to multiple people for no reason and experienced it myself the last time we went. I was using the big 7.50 washer and only need to put three more quarters in. The washer was eating the quarters, so I put two more in and again the same thing. So I went over and told her that the washer wasn't working properly. She immediately got an attitude and said it's probably jammed again. She came over and fixed it and about 8 quarters popped out. She started going off about how I shouldn't have been putting so many in knowing it was jammed and I only needed to add three. I tried to explain that I did only add three and she could keep the other five since they weren't mine, but she continued on with her attitude. I finished my laundry and haven't been back since. Yes the place is clean, well kept but customer service is everything. And being rude and nasty for no reason is beyond wrong. read more

Will not use services here again. My wife and I brought a comforter here to be cleaned midday on Sunday. When dropping the comforter off, we asked the attendant to bleach it to ensure stains were removed. She agreed to do so. We have no complaints about the timeframe of completion (about 3 hours), but when we picked up the comforter it was still extremely damp. The attendant said "Sorry it's still a little damp. We were really busy today and the big machines were being used". The comforter did not appear to be any cleaner than it was upon drop off and it is clear that it was not bleached as requested. We are very dissatisfied with the service we received here and do not believe it is worth the $16.50 we paid. In the future we will seek out the services of a more reputable business that delivers on their promises. read more

Customer service is everything. And for this establishment, the older lady with long, braided silver hair ruins it. This worker followed me out to my car while I was putting some of my laundry up so I didn't have to keep up with it while the rest finished. She yelled and said, "thanks for putting the chairs back", because she had previously asked me to replace the chairs from where I got them when I was finished. I explained to her that I was still going to put them back, but I had not yet finished and that's why I hadn't moved them. She continued to be nasty and smart saying the same thing to me on the sidewalk outside the laundry. I walked back in and showed her I was still waiting on some to wash and was going to continue to dry what was finishing up in the wash. She proceeded to yell and go on about how I didn't move the chairs. She then called me out for placing 3 folded items on a table marked "reserved for drop offs", which is fine.. there was a sign so I understand taking up the space. However, there was nobody there dropping off and I had only used a corner of it for less than 3 minutes before moving the items to take them to the car. The worker didn't have a problem with it until after she thought I didn't move my chairs back. Before leaving, she made a point to walk up and say, "no hard feelings, have a good day" in the smartest way a person could say that sentence. Once gone, the worker taking over came and spoke to me about what happened as well as other customers who said they would not have allowed her to talk to them the way she talked to myself. I like the establishment as far as having a coin machine, multiple different washers and dryers, and even being fat cleaner than other in town. But the woman who was working the morning shift as I described completely ruined the establishment and I have never in my life been treated so poorly and with such little respect. This woman should NOT have a job working with people. I work healthcare and deal with being cursed at, insulted, and swung at and never do I ever treat any of those people poorly. So whatever was wrong with her, that's not an excuse to treat anyone the way she treated me today. read more

I visited this place for the first time because I needed to do a lot of laundry to get packed and move. Now I have to admit laundry is not the most fun thing in the world but I found the place to be very clean well taken care of, actually it was pretty cool inside even though today was above 90! The only issue I found was the attendant on duty. It was an older woman and when I asked her questions she acted like I interrupted her doing something. It says it has Wi-Fi and when I asked for the code it was a very long number and the lady just repeated it twice even though I asked her to write it on a piece of paper. I finally was able to get it to work! It was not the friendliest place even though the machines were great and the site was very clean. I bet if they have some friendlier people that work there it would be a totally different experience and in this review i would have marked it 5 stars. I wish I had read the comment before I went to this place. The grouchy old woman is an understatement. She immediately made it known that this was a very none kid friendly place. My boys are 9 and 7 and as soon as we walked in the door she gave is trouble. I had to call the police on her because of the constant harassment she invoked on us. I even had to call my husband "soldier" from duty to come help me!! If it had not been for the fact that I was washing comforters and they NEEDED to be dried, I would have left with wet clothes and found another laundry. The space is nice and in close proximity to a bank with an ATM machine and their hours are great. They have a machine that changes dollar bills to quarters and have vending machines and sell the miscellaneous laundry items you may have forgotten. However, both times I went something got onto my clothes from the machines, so make sure the machines are clean before placing your clothes inside and clearly mark your laundry so someone else does not think it is theirs and place fabric softener into your load (especially when it is not the correct time for it). read more

I am an over the road truck driver. The laundromat at the truck stop was full, and I needed to wash clothes. I had the pleasure of ending up at this laundromat. Sometimes it seems the only people who write reviews are the unhappy ones. I'm going to be honest. The place was very clean and well maintained. The Air Conditioning was pleasantly cool considering it was very hot that day. They have a big screen TV and video games. The parking lot was big enough for my truck. In regards to the attendants, they weren't overly cordial, but you have to consider that they work in a LAUNDROMAT for gosh sakes! They answered my questions just fine. They had BIG LOAD washers which was also a plus for me. I may not come this way again, but if I do, I will definitely stop here if I need! read more

The older attendant that works there has to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I went in to do laundry and asked for two $10 bills for my $20 bill so I could get $10 in quarters. The lady told me no and then proceeded to question me about why "you people" can't just bring in the money you need and asking why I was at the ATM to begin with. After explaining to her that you can only get increments of $20 at an ATM and that was why I needed change I decided enough was enough and I was not going to give money to a business that condones their employees treating customers like that. I think that she is the owner, but either way, it doesn't give her the right to talk to people like that for no reason. I will never do business with these people again. If you need to use a laundromat, I would recommend Smitty's on Sycamore next to Double Dragon. They're a bit smaller than Coin Express but the staff is always friendly and helpful. read more
