Several people recommended Nordics, so I gave them a call to see if they could do an oil change and a transmission fluid service. They got me scheduled right away. I dropped my car off one morning, and later that afternoon they called to let me know that their supplier had delivered the wrong transmission fluid. Instead of cutting corners, they explained that Audi requires a very specific fluid and that they were not willing to install anything other than the correct one. They asked if I would be okay bringing the car back once the proper fluid arrived. That level of honesty and attention to detail really stood out to me. Unfortunately, a lot of shops may not have cared and would have just gone ahead with the wrong fluid. Nordics clearly puts doing the job right ahead of convenience. As soon as the correct fluid came in, they called me and completed the service without issue. This experience showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. The day before (Friday) it was to be done, Amy called me at 12:30 and left a message saying they were canceling the appointment because "the owner said it was going to be too cold." You guys literally made the appointment time for later in the day to make sure the shop was empty. She said to call back if I wanted to reschedule. I called back about 30 minutes later, and four more times throughout the rest of the day and left a message on the last call to call me back. Nobody ever returned the call. I'll be taking it back to Canon Auto tinting, he did an amazing job on my last truck and stuck with the Saturday appointment.
