The repair was completed quickly, but within a couple of weeks the bumper started coming apart. I took it back and spoke to the store manager, Chad. He reluctantly attempted to fix it, but no matter what they did the bumper kept coming loose. Chad claimed the bumper would not fit properly because it was not OEM and said there was nothing they could do. The last time I brought it in I told him it still needed to be fixed but they refused to acknowledge it was their responsibility. At one point, Chad called the insurance company and claimed the damage was caused by a car wash, a complete lie, as the bumper failed within the first two weeks, and the car wash happened many months later. Fortunately, we had taken pictures documenting all the failures and sent them to the insurance company as proof. The insurer agreed that Caliber was at fault and required them to pay for a brand-new bumper and a rental car, which we had another shop install because Caliber cannot be trusted to do quality work.

I asked for the old to be transferred because they offered 10$ each to move them. I agreed, work completed. low tire sensor went off after 5 miles. Now I have to find another day off to bring it somewhere else because I don't want to keep wasting my time. Had they said no, we won't move them. I would pay for new TPM sensors.
