The lady that works in the office has always been very professional and friendly. The driver who picks up my cans does a great job of being on time and never making a mess. You'll find their trash cans are smaller than the other company in the area but they told me up front and it's because their truck is smaller. I completely understand that and am okay with it. They're a bit pricier than the other company too but they're a smaller local business and as an area native I like to support my own community. Not to mention, their service quality is way above the other option and to me that's more important. This is a reliable company and I'm very happy with them.

After that came and went, and three weeks after the last previous pick-up, a whole TWO WEEKS AFTER school busses started rolling down our road again, we emailed them again and asked to cancel our service. 8 days after sending that email, they replied saying we couldn't cancel our service and had to call them. We had to call and cancel over the phone. Side note: if the roads are ok enough for school busses to be running, shouldn't the roads be ok for trash trucks to be on the roads and doing their job? So it has been one month today since our last trash pick-up, and in that time, we have been able to get a new trash pick-up company, and they have not only dropped off our new cans, they have already picked our trash up once. All of this happened since the last time I saw a GFL truck come down our road. Long story short: they suck at the very thing they charge customers an astronomical rate for, but their rates just keep going up (imagine that!). We went with Rush Disposal out of Montpelier.
