I initially called German just for a gutter cleaning since our townhouse gutters were clogged and spilling over. His crew came out the next day and took care of that for a very reasonable price. They noted that some of our windows needed caulking and took pictures to show the issues. So I had them come out the next day to take care of that and to do some power washing and to install gutter guards. They even trimmed a tree branch that was hitting against our house. There was just one other contractor whose quote was below what German offered but I couldn't pass on how German was so communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. Even on the day he came to see the project to offer a free quote, he was stuck in traffic and let me know he was running a little late. He was only about 15 minutes late. On the job, they replaced the gutters on the rear side of the house and then cleaned the gutters in front as well as install new guards. They also cleaned some debris on the roof. I was very pleasantly surprised at the timeliness of the repair on my gutters and the skill and expertise and comprehensiveness they used to accomplish their goal. In the past, I had used Naudus (for years). Naudus would send out someone who would "clean" the downspout but they rarely cleaned the gutter and did not repair the downspout. Naudus was quite good about collecting their money though. Naudus was and is a total disappointment. German Fuentes is the place to go for quick, capable and honest gutter repairs. My only embarrassment is that all I had to pay them was my credit card. I should have had a check or cash for them. But, they willingly came back and I am grateful that they did.
