I came up with her first and paid for all three of us. My husband stayed back at the hotel with our two dogs. After I had my soak, I gave them his name at the front and walked back to our hotel to switch with him. He came up and had no issue getting in. They do have lockers, bring your own lock. There are also cubbies to put things in that do not need to be secured. These are located in both the men's and women's changing rooms. No outside food or drink besides water is permitted. they have a variety of beverages for purchase. Towel/robe/suit rental is available. We brought our own. The staff came around and checked on us frequently to make sure we were doing well. There are a variety of pools inside, outside and roof top. There is also a cold plunge for in between. I love the peacefulness of their main level outside pools. We enjoyed the flowers and the birds that were fliting about. So relaxing!

There is a cold plunge which is amazing in the summer. In addition, there is an adult only section. They also now offer snacks and drinks, including alcohol drinks. The adult section is on the hillside which is nice as I appreciate the view. The price is $49 for two hours. A little pricey but I do appreciate all of the upgrades that were made. There is also a spa onsite but I have not had time to try any spa services yet. Definitely recommend this hotsprings!

All is fine since you'll spend most of your time in the water anyway. The entrance fee I didn't mind paying, but I felt that it should have included towels. Towels were an extra purchase on top of your entry fee. Luckily, I got a refund for my towel purchase because it is included with the purchase of a cabana which wasn't clear on the website. The pools themselves were nice with varying levels of heat. The amenities were also good. Our server, McKayla was great.
