Roxy did an awesome job on the services I requested. She's very thorough and the ambiance is good. I had a relaxing time!

We stayed at the Springs resort but randomly walked over to book massage 2 here and wish we had found Overlook sooner. Would rerun just for them . We opted for the couples massage. Jonathan CBD extra add on for couples massage was heaven! Probably top 2 in my life - amazing. Pam worked on my husband and she was fantastic. After the massages they let you soak in your own Hot Springs room - very cozy and private. You are given water and a choice of additional drink as part of package, and robes. Do not forget your sandals or water shoes as it can be slippery. The bathrooms - showers were very clean and spacious. Overall the trip here was worth every penny and would stop here again.

I came up with her first and paid for all three of us. My husband stayed back at the hotel with our two dogs. After I had my soak, I gave them his name at the front and walked back to our hotel to switch with him. He came up and had no issue getting in. They do have lockers, bring your own lock. There are also cubbies to put things in that do not need to be secured. These are located in both the men's and women's changing rooms. No outside food or drink besides water is permitted. they have a variety of beverages for purchase. Towel/robe/suit rental is available. We brought our own. The staff came around and checked on us frequently to make sure we were doing well. There are a variety of pools inside, outside and roof top. There is also a cold plunge for in between. I love the peacefulness of their main level outside pools. We enjoyed the flowers and the birds that were fliting about. So relaxing!

It was $40 per person, and we came during one of the busiest times. I wouldn't try walk in. The website mentions that adults and kids have separate areas. However, there were teenagers in the adult pools, and there did not seem to be any limits on how many people could be in one pool. At one point, there were about 18 people in a single pool, which surprised me. There are 32 pools total, with 16 on the adult side. The hottest pool was 109 degrees and felt amazing. They have fire pits outside if you need to warm up when it is cold. There are dressing rooms and showers inside the bathrooms, but we later realized there are additional changing rooms outside with more space. Lockers are available inside for $5, which is convenient but a bit small if you have a lot of bags. There are also free lockers outside near the outdoor changing rooms, but they are open without doors. Overall, it was a great experience. I think the best time to come would be during the week when it is less crowded, so be mindful of weekends, holidays, and long breaks. The parking lot was fine, just a little tight and crowded. I would definitely come back.

Staff is friendly, the grounds are beautiful and it can be relaxing. The new bathrooms were nice. But the dressing room was small fornthe amount of guests at the time of our last visit. We went this past weekend and it was very crowded and hard for two of us to find a pool that we wouldn't be shoulder to shoulder with strangers. Empty cups and aluminum alcohol bottles floating in tubs. Kids were picking up cups discarded by adults, filling them with dirt and pouring them into the pools while parents partied. We moved a few times and it wasn't a singular occurrence. Many people mentioned they were overstaying their 2 hour pass because the was no way staff could identify them. I used work at a hostpring so I know how hard it is to enforce, but understand that it causes issues like we were seeing. Hot water was nice, but the overall experience could be better. Just dont expect it to be relaxing.

Although we didn't stay at the hotel, we went to The Springs Resort everyday we were in town. An afternoon soak was just what our muscles needed after spending the day on the slopes. We relaxed, shared stories and laughs while sipping tasty wellness drinks ("shroom shrubs") and cocktails in the healing hot springs. The outstanding service really elevated our experience. Our server, Matthew was exceedingly friendly and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed--including food and drink, took a few group photos, and even let gave us tips as to what springs were best for watching the sunset. Our server Micaela was also excellent, joking with us and making us feel spoiled! I would recommend visiting The Springs in Pagosa to anyone! It was a wonderful way to unwind & catch up, in the relaxing springs while surrounded by beautiful nature! #goodvibes #warmestregards #thesprings

Savannah at front desk is rude and probably thinks it's her house. She knows what happened. Not very sure on returning but the soak was great. Employees are obviously with a toxic management since you can see them not courteous and acknowledging. Will probably not come back as it is overpriced for a quality of 50%. $1000 for a 2 day is robbing you blind with a very low quality room and service.
