My daughter looked through the colors while waiting. About 20 minutes later a customer was finished and left. My daughter was not taken next but a woman who walked in 10-15 minutes after us was taken by Hannah before my daughter. We waited until 2:45 when I finally gave up and waved for my daughter to join me in our car to leave. It was only then that they took her for her appointment. Lee was in no rush and moved at the speed of molasses until my daughter told her (at 5:00) that she had to get to work. At that point another woman came over to help her finish up. My daughter's nails were finally done at 5:30PM!!! Three and a half hours for a set of acrylic nails! She "got" my daughter twice that made her bleed and the finger was tender for 24 hours. One nail points upward from the nail. Not a happy customer.

I had my doggo with me, and they didn't make it weird at all. The receptionist even kept an eye on him while I was in the chair, which I really appreciated. I had numerous cuts all over my face and areas that were simply not shaved down properly. I ended up re-shaving my face when I got home to my satisfaction. Making a mistake is one thing, covering it up and unwillingness to acknowledge it, was inexcusable. Not to mention hurtful, to a tearful boy whom recognizes her denial, and wouldn't take his hood off due to embarrassment. She refused to acknowledge or apologize to him. I will be advising all of my kids sport teams, and any Weatherford friends or associates to steer clear of her chair. I did speak with the owner who offered an apology and product to help my son feel more comfortable till it grows out. I appreciated the gesture and so did he. Unfortunately, with her as an employee at that establishment still makes them responsible for her actions.
