Went in today for 3 pedicures. The lady rushed with me to get to the next lady. Massage was more just rubbing my leg... they were friendly though. If I can help it, I'll choose another place instead. Although it is very nice in here and they offer you a drink and have massage chairs and tvs along with two bathrooms. I went here while I was visiting a friend. We got here about 2-3 hours before they closed and we were the only ones there..should've been a red flag. Me and my best friend wanted to get our toes done and her nails. I got a young girl and right away she was asking my boyfriend questions about the service like he was the one getting them done? During the service she asked my boyfriend to sit by me (which I had no problem with) and then proceeded to make disgusted faces at him while cleaning my feet. I take care of my feet so there was no need for that, even my boyfriend was confused as to why she was doing that. Close to the service being done she told one of the guy employees to lock the door. Mind you they didn't close until about a little over 1 hour so I was like oh they're probably closing early. Once my toes were done they told me to get up and go pay but my shoes and socks were behind the lady doing my bsf nails and I was not gonna walk on that cold ass floor and I explained that. They proceeded to ask me another 3 more times and of course I got upset at the same damn question so I caught an attitude and they finally stopped asking. By this time I was over it. A customer came to the door and couldn't open it so she walked away but one of the employees quickly got up and let her in and that's when I was like wtf? Why'd they lock it in the first place if they're still open and it clicked. They thought me and my best friend weren't gonna pay for the service. I was over being there. I finally got my shoes to pay and they tried to block the option to not tip and then still tried to ask for a tip! They let us out and didn't lock the door after we left after all of that the gel chipped in like 3 days. I would steer clear of this place. Everytime I come here I leave crying, they will curse and talk about their work drama, make fun of you and your nails even in English , they will pressure you into getting nails you do not want, or a random design they think of that don't even match your other nails without telling you! All they will say is "I'm doing you a favor, it's free you will like.", they end up ugly, bumpy and too thick. Worst most humiliating hurtful experience I've ever had at a nail salon. We started out as usual checking in and picking our color, as we sat down to wait for our services we heard an argument between a client and one of the nail techs, it ended with the client angrily walking out and the nail tech angrily speaking in her native tongue to the other employees, this went on for a good 3 minutes. No one talked her down or tried to make her quiet for the rest of the customers. As our services began, they began speaking to each other in their language and laughing at us. Clearly we knew it was about us but couldn't understand them. To make a long story short they were guessing our ages and making assumptions of our relationship. They both began asking us how old we were saying oh you have to be Atleast this old because you look it. My cousin and I were mortified and humiliated not being able to get up as they were in the middle of our service. They tech doing my nails finally spoke up and said to me privately you don't need to tell them how old you are just so they can speak about you where you can't understand. His name was John, it was his first week there. If you happen to go to this place ask for john, the others are just cruel. We left feeling defeated. They don't give you massage during your pedi just a very pressure-less rubbing in of lotion. The nails are thick and look like mento candies on your nail bed. Went for pedicure and manicure. They charged extra to clip cuticle when getting dip nails. I asked for plain polish for pedicure. Cost of pedicure was $40 and at the end they charged extra for special polish when I kept saying plain polish. They give a color chart to choose a color but dont tell you if there is a difference. Went in. Was nice and clean. Sat down offered drink. Picked polish out. Asked for a solar so that nails could be filled in alwhen the time came. Now what I got. Was told I needed gel polish nails and that's what they did. Didn't even honor my request for a very natural looking nail color. Lesson learned. Went in with my son to get pedis and manis. I brought in a color I just purchased from Ulta. The lady refused to use it said her white was the same which my color was not white. Then when realized I was very unhappy said oh you want me to wipe this off. No just do the manicure. She does a very short junky manicure leaving my nails all rough and jagged and walks away and is done still not using my color. So she wanted to rush me back for my eyebrows I said no I'm done. I got to the front and asked I guess we don't paint nails for manicures anymore or what. I don't think I should pay full price for half a job. Whatever. Paid and left. Already stopped getting dip nails cause instead of soaking them off they grind your nails so thin you have none left and literal air makes your fingers hurt. It's been six months since I stopped getting the dip nails and my nails have yet to heal fully. read more

It was my first time going to this Nail salon. It was so amazing not only did he do a good job on my nails. I came in with my friend they made us feel very welcomed they were very polite and kind. Always asked if we were okay , with the shape, with the color if it looks good. Kevin kept doing my nails until it looked perfect. Sadly, the best thing I can say about this place is there were extra nail tips on the floor should I require one (or many). This place was filthy. The nail tech (and I use this word so very lightly) was RUDE. She made an extra effort to ensure that I would not be satisfied, ie. leaving me alone for over 20 min to decorate someone else's FOOT--and then came back to me without washing her hands. The health department is missing out on a real opportunity to do the public some good and shut this place DOWN. read more

If It were possible to give less than 1 star I would!!! I have been biting my nails for years. I finally was able to quit. As a reward I went to Diva Nails to get them dipped on my natural nail. This lady came to do them and I told her what I was wanting. She nodded and said she understood. BOY was I wrong for assuming I was in good hands. I looked up at the tv for about 30 seconds, then back down and she had clipped my nails to the nail beds. All of the work I had done for months was gone. GONE. I was very upset and started crying. The manager came over and even she couldn't make this nail tech understand what a mistake she had made. She assumed I had wanted acrylic. She didn't even care or say sorry. My nails were ruined. I will never go back there. It may seem like no big deal to some but to me it was a huge deal. BEWARE going here. Was looking for a new place to get my nails done instead of weatherford so thought I would head to Mineral Wells instead , I ended up at Diva Nails a brand new place ( near Walmart) so glad I did , I had Tina she was amazing! She did such a great job she was doing my pedi (for being so tiny she has some strong hands ) I was concerned about my nails soaking so I asked her to do my manicure and dip also and of course they look amazing , I highly recommend diva nails in mineral wells and make sure you ask for Tina . read more

Very friendly staff, they tell you the wait or sit you down fast. Offer a beverage and ask you to pick your color. Moving forward, will not mention names. A very polite gentleman started on my nails, I get them long, long as in I pay 50$ for my nails. Anyways, fast forward to one week later, I'm running my fingers through my hair and my hair get caught. My nails are starting to lift on the edges. At first I thought maybe the edge broke off where they get it really close to the cuticle so I didn't pay attention. Go along my day and one of my nails completely comes right off. So I called, guy answers, says come in we'll fix them. I go in and they look at them, and the lady that's always there sits me down and says she cant do a fill on my nails because it's already been a week. And that the length of my nails are a problem, and that I would have to get a different color and a different set. And she wanted to charge me 55$ again for them! I said no and she looked at me and said, well do you at least want me to put on the nail you're missing? She didnt even do it, another guy did, and the guy looked at all my nails and saw them lifting, so he redid the missing nail and put nail glue on all the other nails. My nails length has never been a problem anywhere else, and my nails always last more then 4 weeks! I leave pissed, go to the salon I usually go to, told him what had happened and he was as surprised as I was. He even said I should demand my money back because the nails are to be guaranteed for a week or more which is why they do FILLS after a couple of weeks. He color matched me, filled in all my nails, and only charged me 10$. I was deeply disappointed in Diva nails. It was my first time going and my last time. i did not have a good experience, my nails were $65 for a simple color and a design. The most I've ever paid for nails but he left them bumpy and thick. I went back the next Day and l asked to thinned them out and take the design off and all they offered was a $5 discount next time I go. I will not be returning to them again. read more
