Had an appointment. Was helped right away upon arrival. Everything was looking like it wa stinks be a great experience until an older gentleman sat down next to me to do my nails as I was getting my pedicure. Don't like when they do that because it's a hard work space and make it's in inconvenient to me. This gentleman shouldn't be doin nails. My 13 yr old niece could do a better job and it was dio. He doesn't even know how to use it. He was placing it on my fingers with his finger tips with the assistance of a brush. I thought you didn't use a brush with dip?! I came here with a friend to get pedicures together. They said there would be no wait at all, and got started immediately on my friend. I was left waiting for 20-30 minutes and finally they came to start on mine. At that point, we would be running way too late for our next appointment by the time they finished, so I didn't even get one. My friends pedicurist was way too rough on her and didn't respond to her requests to be gentler. Won't be returning. read more

I wanted a manicure and pedicure with dip on my nails. The guy started to do the dip first and I said sir I want a manicure. He said I do later. I said no you do first and cut my cuticles. He didn't. So at the end I told them at the desk he didn't do the manicure and they said I know... so I guess it's ok there to just ignore what the customer wants.. I'll never go back! This was one of the cleaner places in town and the people are super nice! While I had to wait a long time it was well worth it.. tried the dip nails and love them far more than I do gels or acrylic. They speak English and u set what your saying to them and that is a plus! read more

I came here this evening wanting to get my nails done. They ended up pushing us to get our toes done and my nails at the same time. They half assed our pedicures, paint all over my skin on my toes and never touch my nails. The water was also very cold. And not to mention we seen the BIGGEST roach in there. Not relaxing at all. Then they finally start doing my nails and they turned out to be nothing like I wanted them to be. I wanted coffin, all fingers pink with the ring fingers a sparkly pink. They failed to do the sparkly color even though I reminded him. He burned my finger with the file and my nails are just awful. pricing went from $57 to $90 in a matter of seconds! I got a $40 pedicure and $17 acrylic fill this does not equal $90! Considering my previous visit I had the exact same thing Plus I got my eyebrows waxed and that visit only cost 85! I most definitely will not be back! I've been here a few times but today was the worse experience I've had. I waited for over 30 mins trying to get a pedicure and two ladies that came in after me started getting there pedicures before me so I walked out. I guess cuz they were getting the more expensive pedicure than I was not sure. But I'll be trying other places out now for sure. Very disappointed in this place today read more

Definitely won't be back. I went for dip nails and emerged 2 hours later. I've had my nails dipped regularly at other salons over the last 3 years so I'm pretty familiar with what to expect. To remove the dip already on my nails, my technician poured a bowl of acetone and had me soak my nails off for an HOUR. AN HOUR. Traditionally, at every other nail salon I've ever been to, my nails are wrapped in cotton and foil and the soak off takes about 20 minutes, at the most. I found this odd and uncomfortable, as my nails became very sticky and kept sticking to the plastic lining the bowl. Definitely a gross feeling and it never ever takes an hour for a powder soak off. Nobody checked on me during this time, I finally took it upon myself to start removing the melted off powder when I realized nobody else was going to. I was also asked to move chairs/stations 4 times by various technicians during my service. I was already annoyed the soak off was taking so long and now I was being moved around the salon time and time again. In the end, my nails came out looking good and I am happy with the color I chose, but I won't be back due to how long it took, the lack of customer service, and from being bounced around the salon. I came for a relaxing nail service and did not receive that. read more
