First time going to a jewelry repair shop. Called and was very responsive. Stopped by shop to see if he was able to fix a costume jewelry (bangle bracket). He was able to fix it in no time (within an min or 2) and didn't charge me. The clasp was loose and wouldn't lock. It is much appreciated as I have absolutely no idea where to take costume jewelry to fix. He did indicated that it may not be fixable but very glad he did. I would definitely get my jewelry fixed here in the future. read more

I've never needed to get jewelry repaired until last night my dog was excited and his paw ripped off my necklace. I had literally just bought this necklace for 1k and I was devastated. I was thinking I had to go buy a new one until I did some research. I found T&T through Yelp here and read the reviews, led me straight to getting my necklace fixed in under 10 minutes!! My gold necklace chain was broken on the actually chain not clasp. I didn't know how it was possible to fix since the chain twists. I walked into the Focus plaza by Daiso, took one escalator up, then the stairs to the 3rd floor, make a left into the jewelry area and another left down the aisle. You'll see right in the back on the wall where it says T&T and a clear window where the fixer works. I stuck my head in, asked him if it was possible to get it fixed and he took a few seconds looking at my necklace and said, i can get it done in 5 minutes and it'll be $5. The reaction I had in my head was astonishing. I basically just saved 1k !!! 5 minutes later after he blessed my necklace and sterilized it, I was out the door and back to my happy life. read more

I recently found my childhood bracelet that surprisingly still fit me but it was in need of repair. I've never taken any jewelry to get repaired before so I turned to yelp and found this place. It was a bit hard to find, located on the third floor of the focus plaza (two floors above the Daiso). At first I was lost among the various jewelry vendors but found T&T all the way in the back up against the wall. There is no open counter space, you just poke your head right on into the workshop. The gentleman who was working explained the necessary repairs and had it done in 30mins along with a jewelry cleaning. I left with a gushing smile on my face reveling how beautiful my bracelet looked. Polite, quick and efficient. This place gets two thumbs up from me. If I could give their business 10 out of 5 stars here, I would. They replaced a center stone and fixed 2 bangle bracelets within a half hour. I was expecting to be asked to return 2-3 days later for pick-up, which is standard for most jewelry repair shops and considering they were working with 3 different items of mine. I'm so happy with their service; their craftsmanship is superb. For as long as they're in business, I won't be going anywhere else. Tip: this small shop can be a bit of a challenge to find.
