Been here twice and have had the same terrible experience. First time, I was looking for a certain Omega which they didn't have that I needed for a Christmas. They could order but wouldn't be in on time which is fine but the second I said no, they walk me out the door like I'm wasting their time. Today, I walk in, don't even make it to the counter and say I'm looking for a brand they don't carry. Instead of even following up with would you be interested in something else or letting me look around. I'm instantly walked outside and told to find it on my own from somewhere else. HME. Hot Mess Express! Everything is "I'll give you good price, don't worry, good price". Okayyyy, but what is the price? SA said "if you're serious, I'll give you good price. I try my best, I promise." But I just want to know the PRICE. Jesus. Had a sweet SA showing my friend and I merchandise and I guess the manager, was running back and forth stating she will give the price. Long story short, she gave the wrong price. She wrote the total $14,920. We already handed her the cc and then she crosses it out and says it's the wrong price and I cannot buy it at that price. And to add insult, when I was taking a picture of the receipt she snatched it out of my hand. Prior to that, she snatched the calculator out of my hand as well. Now my total is $18,650 because she said the calculator calculated wrong. NO THANKS. Changing the price once you have the card in your hand? Unethical. Update 2/3/24 Thank you for your response and acknowledgment of this experience, Victoria. Human error would have been acceptable if she apologized and recognized the error on her part. Blaming the calculator, saying it's broken and it calculated wrong is an entirely different situation. When she snatched it away and stated "you cannot buy", she had no interest in trying to make a deal work. She had more interest in having us leave the store. Ironically, the store was having a visit from either vendors and owners . Everything was nice, up until they left. The security guard even left when they did and the other man was playing poker on his phone. Check your cameras.. we were there for at least 2 hours while the SA was running around and attending 2 different customers. There was no consideration to the time that we waited. And it wasn't a small amount looking to be purchased. Traditional Retail, especially in jewelry, is challenging for companies and owners. Service and merchandise should be even more exceptional! Regardless if it's $200 or $14,000, every dollar counts. The fact that she didn't even TRY to rectify the situation shows she doesn't need our business. We came here to buy a Longines women's watch after looking online to see which model we liked, and which local jewelry/watch stores sold that particular one. After deciding on a mother-of-pearl faced automatic Longines Conquest, we came here and went directly to the Longines section. I don't know the name of the salesperson but she was kind of friendly, not overly attentive, and was very obviously trying to get us to buy something with more diamonds on it. I really, really love this watch due to its simplistic classiness. Out of curiosity, we walked around the store and looked at all of the watches they had to offer, with most of the cases showing the big, ultra-high end name brands like Chopard, Omega, and Patek Philippes. The sales lady followed us around, which was actually a bit awkward since she was in earshot constantly and I wanted to talk to my boyfriend about the watch we were going to get. He said they do it to be helpful in case we had questions ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. The final price on the Conquest was $2800+ after tax, and she informed us that they had some sort of special going on that would give us a big discount. It came out to be roughly $2200 after tax which was great since Longines' website listed it at $2500! We were in and out pretty quickly. The woman who helped us was friendly enough, and I appreciate that she was not overly pushy/over-selling. However, for the price of their selection, the service just didn't match up. Some of these pieces are on par with Cartier, but there is definitely a major difference in service between the 2. This place racist and snobby. I just read other peoples reviews and it looks like they had the same experience as me. I was there and there was another person in front of me. He was an older man and they asked if he had an appointment in Chinese. The man said no but just wanted to look. She lets him in. But when it was my turn and she asks me the same question I responded in English. I like to pretend I don't know Chinese just to see if they say something behind my back. She asks me what I was looking for and I said a watch. And asks what they sold. She responds with you need an appointment and proceeds to leave. Either the other guy looked like he had more money than me or they didn't want to serve me because I didn't speak Chinese. Either way, this was obvious racism and some really bad business practice. Not only did they have very little selection, the place was dead as a doornail with about 10 sales people standing around. The sales lady was moderately nice, but looked bored and offered no suggestions or anything in the realm of customer service. My fiance told me they probably don't make to much on rings. She also commented on the scratches on the band. I said how much? Reply 150.00 and you need to leave it for a week. Will that take care of it all ?? Yes. I went to pick it up. It had been cleaned inside and nothing on the outside. They didn't even clean the band. I was told if I wanted that it would be 200.00 dollars more. What happen to taking care of all. They need to explain what they will do exactly. Even though invoice stated oil/ clean. How do you determine oil and clean... they didn't list the battery but changed it. Initially, I left a bad review because I ran into some frustrations in ordering my fiance's watch that I was giving to him as a wedding present. They didn't have the watch we were looking for and an employee said she would call the company and get back to me but she didn't (she forgot). And I had to go back to order it. Then when I finally ordered it, they said it would take a month for it to get here bc the one that was in stock was sold while I was waiting for the employee's call. Then the watch came 5 weeks later. When I went to pick it up, I was told the watch guy leaves at 530 and I had to come back another day to get it resized, which I found very frustrating. But despite the frustrations, the reason why I'm leaving 4 stars is because of Annie Hong, Manager, and watch guy really came through for me. Annie made sure the manager knew how frustrated I was and got the ok to have the watch guy stay later. So today, I was able to get it resized past the time that the watch guy would normally have stayed till and my fiance is so happy with the watch. Right in time for the wedding! Honestly, I would have left with a sour taste in my mouth from my earlier experiences but thanks to Annie, the manager, and the watch guy, we are do happy. Thank you guys read more

I just left this Jeweler store and wouldn't recommend anyone to come here. Cecilia is a very seasoned sales associate who does not know how to provide a decent experience to clients. I could care less if a sales associate has been there for 10-20 years. Let me walk you through my experience. I walked in and they asked my mother and I to walk up to a temperature check machine, normal for the fact we are in a pandemic. I saw my mom get pretty close to the machine and I asked if they wipe the machine down prior to clients arriving. Cecilia said no since we are all wearing masks. Does she not have the knowledge that the coronavirus can transfer through air or that the virus can stay on objects for hours? Then she rushes us the "wash our hands" when they only provide a sanitizer. As I asked to see their 18k gold necklaces/chains, they show me their selection. Cecilia gave me gloves, which was nice, however Cecilia was super short with me, and very rushed. I wanted a 21", but they only had 24". Cecilia complained how during the pandemic, they don't want client to try in jewelry, but she will put it on for me. I tried it on. She kept saying it looked nice and is the same length as my current gold necklace. She didn't even ask how I felt about it. I was actually very uncomfortable and wanted her to just take it off. Really, I wanted her out of my face. Cecilia gave me a discounted price, and then turned around to speak to another woman and the gave me another discount. Then a younger sale associate steps in, and says she picked up our phone call for our appointment. Her name was Rachel. I was calculating their discounts as I need to understand what the percentage of discount they are offering.. and with 15% or 20% off, they gave me the price that rounded up the the next $5. They told me their corporate only sells products in rounded numbers- right.......... whatever the case, I don't really care to stay much longer. I told Rachel I would think about the necklace and Cecilia walks over to grab the necklace and said, I need to clean the necklace since she asked to try it on. She said it with intentions for me to hear it. What kind of shit service is that? I don't care if we are in San Gabriel. I'm in a jewelry store that sells high end pieces... and that is the service they provide? Ridiculous and disgusting. So basically Cecilia told me they won't clean the temperature check machine, because people are wearing masks, but while she place a necklace around me neck, she makes it a point to say she needs to clean it because I tried it on. Clean BOTH items during this pandemic. The issue with going to these stores that are run by non corporate stores- They make up whatever discount/ policy/ regulation they want. They allow sales associate to say things that are not ran by the owners. It's just terrible. I'm never stepping foot in there again. read more
