As if that wasn't amazing enough, this place is completely squared away and very clean. I have seen a few different meat processing places across the country and these guys are very squared away. Update: my meat arrived today. This is the cleanest packaging I've ever seen from any butcher. Not even a drop of blood on any wrap. It also arrived perfectly frozen despite going from NM to FL... in early Sept. I'm pretty sure they even washed my game bags! (They smell fresh so clearly they did). Between how professional the operation looked when I was there to how things came out, I have to say this is probably one of the best if not among the best processors in the country.
