When it came time to do the conversion they wanted $200+ additional dollars stating their techs neded to get paid. I had already paid $12,000 for the appliances. Aaron worked with us to make sure the next one we ordered would fit well on our cement patio. He was in constant communication from start to finish. He installed our new one and went above and beyond our expectations. The bolts that were sent were too small and he felt that wouldn't keep our gazebo secure. He went out and purchased stronger bolts to be sure it held during strong winds. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

It took several days to get the parts and for the technician to return to complete the fix (we are in Spearfish). The following is a rough sequence of events and the terrible customer service we received. 8/27 We were supposed to get a call at 8am to tell us when the repair guy was supposed to come out. It was 9:15 with no notification so we called them. They answered and told us the estimated time was 2-4pm (not a big deal, we had plans later in the afternoon). 4 o'clock rolls around and he still hasn't shown up nor have we recieved a call stating he would be late. So we called them again at 4:05 to check and he says he's running about 30 minutes late. (A little irritated, but not to big a deal). He finally shows up and he takes a look at the washer saying that the fabric softener clogged the drain tube (first time I've ever heard of that but, ok) and that it is a motherboard issue. He tells us it is fixed and should work temporarily until we decide to order the part. They charge us $85 for 10-15min of work. We test the machine and it still doesn't work. We call them back and they schedule a secondary appointment for August 31st. 8/31 They call us about 9am to say that there is nothing they can do but order the part. At this point we are like okay just order the part. We asked if we could be refunded the $85 because he came and did nothing to our machine and it still had the same problem as before we called. They gave us some bullshit about how the experience was not how we made it seem, that the $90 was for a insurance charge if we got the part installed and broke within a 90 day period. We decided to not order the part and still wanted our money back (Would have accepted a little less due to gas usage and time) all they did was yell back at us and said that there was nothing they could do. 100% NEVER using this place again with their bullshit customer service.

Did call them back at earliest convenience on Wednesday, which I immediately apologized for since I realized it was almost 6 pm. Thursday morning as I'm going out the door at 7:03, they call again. I tell them earliest is 4 that day or Friday. Person on phone said 4 pm was too late so they said they'd see me Friday. Later Thursday, at 11:41 they again called wanting to come by. I went ahead & answered! They said they wanted to come by later that day,. I again informed them "they can't come over on that day unless its after 4." They said that was too late! I then asked, why are you calling again since they had already called at 7 am & we had made arrangements for Friday, but no set time. Again arrangements made for Friday with no set time. Was at house all day Friday, yet no one showed. Not sure what is up with this company but if this is how they handle business, not sure I want them fixing things in my home.
