I was quoted a total to have my atv repaired. After Having the atv for a few weeks, i was quoted around $2000 for the repair. At that time i gave him the go ahead to repair it. After a couple more, we get a call say there were more problems then he thought and the total would be around $3000, and he needed half the money up front to continue. After some hesitation i decided to go ahead and continue fixing it(considering he was already into the atv for almost $1000 of work). During the second week of july i gave him a check for $2600, to cover the majority of the cost. I was told it would be about three weeks to have it done. Six weeks later he still did not have my wheeler done. I told him i needed it by labor day weekend, at that time he then informed me that i was going to owe about another $1100-1200. The atv is only worth $3500, if i had known it was going to cost this much from the start, i would have put it towards a new Atv. read more

At T Craig Service we repair & service all models & brands of lawnmowers (riders or push), weed whackers, chainsaws, ATV's, snowmobiles, snow blowers. We also winterize your snowmobiles & get them ready for storage through the summer months. We have been in business for over 25 years & specialize in snowmobiles & carry hard to find parts for late models. We have reasonable rates with timely service. We are located on Highway 2 just 15 minutes out of Duluth.

History

Established in 1984.

We started the business out of our Duluth, MN home. Within a few years we out grew our that small garage and moved out to Saginaw, MN to have more room. We have since added more storage and a small customer area. With plans for expansion coming soon.

One day in mid April I took a nice Honda 100 CC Motorcycle to them in the Morning at about 10:15 AM. The Man that dose the Repair work was most unkind to me & He even yelled at Me for No reason & He would not take the Honda Motorcycle in for repair. I was shocked & very badly Hurt & I sent them a Nice Letter telling them of all the items I bough from them & all the repairs I gave them. Then 25 years later I needed a Tire on a Motorcycle replaced & I was refused do to there hatred and I could not believe the Hate they have in there hearts. after all the thousands of dollars I spent at that place. none of My Business was appreciated and they are the most unkind people full of hatred that I have never seeing in my entire lifetime. most considering all that I did buy from them and all the repair and the two motorcycles I bought from them in years past. These people are very unappreciated and they should not be in business. Do not do business with these people. They are the meanest, most unkind people in the world.
