It's spacious enough for 1-2 people but still cozy, the amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, parking) are great to have, maintenance is rarely needed but very quick, & the rent is very reasonable for what you get. There is a reason the building I'm in has been full for several years now. Additionally, the entire TEJ staff have been nothing but great. There is always a quick response to any inquiries, and everyone I've interacted with has been very kind. Unlike the big rental companies in the area I've actually met the landlord and owner, and it's nice to put a face to a name. I recently was up to renew my lease (with a small but realistically fair rent increase) and there was zero doubt in my mind about staying in my unit. I've been very happy with my experience over the last five years and highly recommend renting through them.
