He did a railing for us since November which was suppose to be galvanized but started rusting within the month. He always has an excuse, he's never readily available, every other week he's away. He was suppose to put shoes on the railings and until last month July he came with plastic crappy shoes that don't match the railing. He asked me to look up shoes which I sent him several pictures and He did the cheap way not to be bothered. He's the professional in the field not I to be doing his job.

Our 12 year old roof was leaking. Arnie first had one of his workers come over to check the roof…read moreout. That person gave me preliminary findings and showed me pictures of problem areas on the roof. Arnie came by another day to go over the requirements of what would be needed to install a new roof, his credentials and the guarantees offered. He then provided me an estimate that night. A few days later, his workers came, tore off the old roof, put new plywood throughout the whole roof, lined the roof and then shingled it. They had almost the whole roof done in a day, but did need a little time the next morning to finish up (which Arnie previously told me might happen). The workers were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and worked hard. They left the property very clean. A few days after the new roof was installed, we had a few days of very heavy rain and the roof did great. I would highly recommend Arnie Blake for roofing. I would bet that his company's work in other areas are just as good.
