If there are any changes that are made to someone's existing property in order to build or install the fence, this company needs to clearly outline, discuss and agree on, in writing or in the contract-- not just assumed we should know there's going to be drastic changes to the property or said in passing. There's also a lack of due diligence in making sure the property lines are clearly outlined and also just some basic friendly heads up to neighbors if you're also going to be amending things that their home also sees.... To avoid fallout between property owners or risk violating town codes as we experienced both times when using this company. Mark did come back to fix the damage after I posted the review. He did two jobs at two different houses for me, he did do a good job moving some of my existing fences to expand my backyard, they also cleaned my fences and created a fence for my garden, he did give me fair pricing and they got the job done quickly. But I am giving them 3 stars mainly for the above mentioned as we did run into some bigger issues with both jobs that really created large headaches and expenses for us, --all of which could truly have been avoided had there been clear communication, agreement and due diligence done between the owner and myself, the neighbors and also, to be compliant with town regulations.

(I can't remember their names right now, so I'll leave them out for now) The first time I stopped in, I spoke with someone about Fypon molding. He spent a pretty long time with me and gave me a very detailed quote and several weeks later we ordered them. Since two pieces were very long, we had them delivered. Very satisfied. Eventually we ordered many cabinet handles, shutters, house numbers, crown molding , colonial window trim, Sheetrock, plywood and Azek beadboard molding. Much of that was also delivered. Still very satisfied. Here, I feel like if I ask a question, and the guy I'm asking isn't 100% sure, he's not going to BS me, he'll ask someone else. That's great service. Overall, their prices are pretty decent, too. I highly recommend them. And I hope I remember their names so I can go back and edit this.

We were TOTAL newbies and had no knowledge of what renovations would take or where to start with picking out supplies. After visiting a number of places in Flushing (and trying to squeeze details and guidance from surly sales associates), Josh was a friendly breath of sunshine! He walked us around the showroom, explained differences in tile and cabinet qualities, and was very helpful with this recommendations and big no no's to watch out for. After they measured our place, they quickly sent estimates and nice 3D renderings of my husband's dream kitchen. They worked with our contractor seamlessly and our beautiful kitchen was born!
