One week in advance made an appointment for this Friday, November 07 at 1PM. Arrived at 12:50. They told that short of staff today and I should wait about 1 hour and 40 minutes. I left. When I came back in 1.5 hour, my car was staying on the very same place, where I left it. They not even started to work on it. In response on my indignation, instead deep apologies, they started justify their ugly behavior. This in not just negligence to the customers. This pure greediness and impudence. The best prices for mounting tires and balancing. They will sell you tires or you can bring your own. It's a 10 minute drive from South Vancouver just on the other side of the Knight St. bridge. They will stay open late to squeeze you in. I won't go anywhere else when they are this good. read more

On one occasion we were on route to his shop for an end of day appointment to have new tires when our car experienced a flat tire. My Dad and I were driving back to Seattle this past Friday when around 4:30pm we were alerted that our back tire was almost flat by several folks. Not being from the country I was frantically trying to find a place knowing that tire shops would be closing shortly. After one failed attempt to find a store now it was 4:45pm and we had to find a place fast knowing most shops would be closing around 5pm. Upon showing up at Tyler's shop it was immediately apparent that they were going to take care of us. Sergei promptly took off the tire and found the nail that had penetrated the tread. I can't begin to say enough about how friendly, courteous and professional they were let alone just nice guys. If I lived in Canada - without a doubt this is the shop I would take my vehicles. Honestly I wish I could do more to recognize Tyler's shop but this is the least I could do. Between his shop and the numerous Canadians that alerted us to the flat tire I've got to say I'm impressed - because down in Seattle this would never happen (at least to me). read more

Went here for some new tires on my truck. The owner, Tyler, was awesome. The price he quoted me was below all the competition for 20" toyo all terrains. It was the service that impressed me the most, however. He took his time and did everything right. Showed me how he properly balances the tires. The previous place I went to did not balance my old tires correctly and they even misthreaded one of the bolts that Tyler had to take off! If I were to have had a flat on the road I would have never gotten that old wheel off! His wife even stopped by with hot dogs for everyone while I was waiting haha (don't expect this though it is not part of the usual service). Just an overall great guy. Do not go to big box tire stores! They are not at all comparable to this guy. read more

Can't say anything but positive when it comes to Tyler's work ethics. My Christmas was almost ruined when my tire went flat from a nail at 6pm on December 23rd, meaning I would be without a fixed tire until after Boxing Day, when I gave Tyler a call (the only shop still opened) and he told me to drive on in and even gave me a complementary free tire fix for my first time. On top of this, he took the tire off fully and took his time to search for the leak and fixed it the PROPER way to prevent future leakage. THANK YOU TYLER! read more

There is no words to express the great experience with Taylor and Sergei. We were at Costco and realized our tire was completely flat. We were only in Canada for the day and was planning to drive back to Seattle. Costco did not have anything that worked and we had no spare tire. We were just stuck. Luckily I called their shop and Taylor had 1 tire that worked but no ability to get to their shop. They came out and took us and the tire, repaired it and took us back and installed it. Im ao glad i found this place, tyler gave me the best deal and best customer service ever, called him up and told him i needed a set of tires and he ordered it in right away and get it put on with a couple of hours. Today my tire pressure light was on and i txted him to see if he can help me, he asks me to go i right away and have it fix for me right at the spot, and the way he fixes is not those cheap repairs, he actually tool the whole tire out and fixed it from inside and free of chrage. Fantastic! I am the owner of a Professional Dog Walking business (The Woofer Walkers Dog Services) in Richmond, BC.
