Tried checking the wheel nuts torque on my gmc pu after getting new tires at NTW. With my snap on torque wrench set at 200 LBS/FT, I couldn't budge the nuts! Setting is supposed to be 140 LBS/FT! Had to use 3/4 inch long wrench to loosen them!! If I ever had to get them off on highway due to a flat, I would have NEVER loosened them with the G.M. wrench supplied with the truck. Talked to lying store manager who said they HAND TORQUE ALL WHEEL NUTS TO CORRECT TORQUE EVERY TIME!!! BULLSHIT!! They were way overtightened with an impact gun!! I showed the manager what I had to use to get them off, and he kept telling me they HAND TORQUE the nuts every time!!! He's a blatant liar who doesn't care and takes no responsibility for their mistake! read more

I had the rims on our 2007 Lexus replaced. I was not advised that the rims we chose were a 10 nut mount, our car is 5, so every other nut is empty. It looks bad. Then the tire pressure sensor would not go off. Their reasoning was, Lexus can be finicky to deal with so take the car into Lexus. (This was after they had been paid.) Or, I can drive it for a few days and if it doesn't turn off by itself, I can come back (a 1/2 hour trip one way). Maybe they shouldn't work on Lexus cars period. I refused to do either and stood my ground. They had the mechanic try again and voila!. No light. Perhaps being female had lots to do with their poor service. Just saying ladies, don't go there. read more

Great prices however customer service needs improvement. We needed winter tires put on. Understandable it is a busy time of the year however, called for over an hour the day before to check on timeline and no one answered and cannot leave a message as mailbox was full. We were previously told that they do not take appointments and is based out a first come first served basis. The next day, we arrived at 8.08am as they opened at 8am and was told we should have been there at 6.30am and did we not realise that it was the winter season!!! (well, if one needs to get technical, it is still fall). AND , they were all booked for the day. Very poor attitude. We decided to leave the car there overnight so we can be the first in line. Surprised, we were called at 2.30pm the same day to advise that our car was ready for pick up. !!!??? Great prices but Poor customer service. read more

When all of my other wheel and tire contacts failed me. NTW was able to come through and get me the wheels I needed in a pinch. The price was ok and they did a decent job of getting it done. Hey! ACP! They still remember ya from the Yokohama days! Talked to Mike who helped me get something that was decent enough for the old beater. I have to admit. They look pretty good! If you can't seem to find what you're looking for, try NTW. They carry a large selection of inventory. Not like the others who have limited stock and others who only carry high end stuff. These guys have a bit of everything. The only thing they don't carry are forged Rally car wheels. But if you need those, I can get you a contact for them. Watch your old rims and tires or take some photos to have an evidence in the future. They are a lier. My 1 tire and wheel has been damaged while changing TPMS, a stab on the tire and a big scratch on the wheel. I ask them for any help. But they blamed me for that damaged. The service was great, product knowledge was excellent, the deals absolutely annihilate your average tire shop, but greatest of all - it was quick and painless. Excellent service. Excellent prices. Pretty off the beaten trail but worth the trip. They say the worse the weather the longer the wait. I went on a cold but sunny day last week and had no wait at all. My car was in and out in an hour with the cheapest tire prices I could find by far in the lower mainland. The one downfall is they do not do alignment, so make sure your tires get balanced and aligned so you can protect your new tires! Enjoy! read more

Overall I would have given this shop a better rating. No better, no worse than most of the others. Decent folks with good product and vehicle knowledge. But here's the kicker and why I reduced them to 2 stars... They sold my wife 5 year old snow tires without saying anything. No, they were not used. They had just been sitting on the shelf for 5 years. I didn't notice until they were removed in the spring and I was putting them in storage. Ok, so the tires are an oddball size but we should have been told about the age of the new tires and had some dialogue about it. Too bad. read more

I went there last Thursday to get 4 new tires. They said it would be an hour and a half so i waited. After waiting that long and ready to take off for the long weekend, they came back in and said they cant find my wheel key. They told me to go put in on the passenger seat so i did!. They knew they made a mistake but wouldn't come clean. Blamed me and said it was my fault and someone probably broke into my car while locked in the parking lot. They brought me into the warehouse cause they knew i was going to lose it on them and they didnt want any confrontation in front of the other customers. I asked what they are going to do about it and they srugged their shoulders and basically said your screwed. I wasnt able to go away that day because if i got a flat and didnt have that key to get a tire off, i would be stranded on the coquihalla. I drove to BMW, they said said it would take a couple days to get the key in. It cost me 75 dollars to replace the key and 4 bolts because they stripped one trying to take it off without they key. They are refusing to pay me back for their mistake. This wasted half of my day and half a day worth of pay at work. WHAT A BUNCH OF CLOWNS!. No one go here because if anything does go wrong, they could care less about making it right. NOT WORTH IT! You get what you pay for. read more

Got all 4 tires replaced. Tires were not balanced properly, my van vibrates when going to 60 kph and over. I also found a nut on my front tire that was loose, I mean really loose. Will take it back to them for re-balancing. read more
