Brenda gave such AMAZING customer service and personalized service to each person in line. It was pretty insane she was the only cashier during such a chaotic time. I felt so bad that the lines kept growing longer as the minutes grew. Even though I don't personally go to some of the shops that they have, like Spencer's or Victoria's Secret, it's a great option for those that do patronize those stores. They also have, in my opinion, the best food court in Columbia, which has almost any food item you can think of. Now, some of the vendors are kind of annoying, but that's just part of the deal when you go to a shopping mall. All-in-all, Columbiana Centre is great and I'm glad that it's still kicking!

No matter the proof I had that I did not live in the area, the receipt did not state that and that there was nothing posted with that policy, I had to take the perfume to a different Ross to complete the return. So unless it is something you use on a regular basis, and the price is right, avoid purchasing here because the return policy is very different than at other Ross locations. The staff is not mean or rude, it's just an inconvenience.
