I guess I am a slow learner. I tried to use Kohl's online again, against my better judgement. (I should have read my previous review) Kohl's ONLINE ordering has always been, and continues to be, a total DISASTER. Their online chat feature is IMPOSSIBLE to use -- keeps asking the same question (e.g., "what's the order number") over and over and over and over and over again (literally five times). I was missing part of an order and needed a status update. Finally gave up and called the customer service number (which starts out with a recording that ironically suggests that you use their online chat feature instead). Ended up talking to a VERY NICE lady (a live human being!!!) in Wisconsin who was able to answer my question. IMHO, companies that rely primarily on AI for their misnamed "customer service" deserve to be put out of business. read more

Seriously overpriced items made in Asian countries. Customer service is a joke. Selection for women and women's plus is poor, and some of the items look like old lady clothes. Not very fashion forward. Sizes are all over the map, finding a true to size item is difficult. They actually make Walmart fashion look good! read more

I needed some lounging outfits. I perused the clearance racks. It was first hard to locate because there was more clearance for men's and the women's clearance was up against the wall. But I found what I needed and checked out quickly. The cashier was pleasant. read more

I love me some Kohl's. This store is BIG, and it has a lot of selection. It is not situated in the same way that I'm used to a Kohl's looking, and it is in one of the oddest locations I've ever seen. Once you find it, though, it's worth the trip. Their clearance selection was massive, and the store was clean and organized. The staff was friendly, and helpful, and I was able to get all that I came in to get when there. read more

Good intentions, bad execution. I am not a Kohl's fan but I will only wear their Vera Wang Leggings. I have had mine for years and both ripped within the same week. I needed some ASAP but being close to the holidays I hate getting in the traffic. I saw where Kohl's had a coupon today and went online and in total too about $10 off my purchase. I could see you could do in store pick up for free. I work about 10 minutes away and figured I would go get them on my lunch. I ordered and paid online. I would get an email when they were ready. The positive was 30 minutes later they were ready. I went up there, parked in the online order parking space which was cool and went to customer service. Of course there was only like 1 person working and she was dealing with a lady complaining about Kohl's bucks...this literally took what seemed like forever. Finally they had to get a manager to help her so the associate got to another person then me. I showed my ID and email with barcode. She couldn't get the barcode scanner to work. She asked my telephone #, she said it said no orders...she tried twice. Again I'm standing here holding the confirmation, order #, etc. she looks up the order #, no order...finally I don't know what she did put she finally figured it out. I got my items and left. They didn't give me a receipt or bag so I got a few suspicious looks walking out the door...great. I'll give them the benefit because it's the holidays but this did not help Kohl's in my eyes read more

So I went shopping at Kohl's and use my Kohl's charge and got my 30% off lady never put my belt in the bag and left it on the counter. The lady at customer service had an attitude problem because I wasn't charge for the belt but my 30% off expired yesterday but wanted to charge me full price today when it was their fault I never got my belt. This young girl try talking me like I was stupid. Just this location alone I'm good for $300 a month minimum. For now on I'll take it my business to Lexington South Carolina location they're a lot more friendlier than willing to help read more

This Kohl's is always clean with great customer service, however my problem with Kohl's has nothing to do with this location I'm from Long Island New York and our calls there is three times the size of any Kohls in Columbia South Carolina. I went home and bought four shirts and three pairs of shorts last week one of the shorts didn't fit right so I came back to get a smaller size and the coals down here didn't even get that product line yet not for another four weeks so beyond the times I guess people don't realize unless you travel allot read more

I like the layout of this store and the carts are the perfect size. Big enough, but still easy to maneuver around the store. It's pretty much a one stop shop; I found some cool boots, gloves, jewelry and clothes all in one trip. My only gripe is that check out took WAY too long because they were training a new employee, then kept badgering me to sign up for a Kohl's card after I declined several times, and then could not find all the tags that kept setting off the door alarms. Just happened to be a day I was in a huge hurry or I wouldn't have cared. Those things aside, it was a good experience and I will be back soon to use my Kohl's bucks! read more

This is a very nice Kohl's store. Much better than Lexington's. My wife buys stuff here just to return it, so she has an excuse to come back. Get a Kohl's card though, and check your mail for the coupons. read more

Kohl's has been one of my favorite stores up until recently. I placed an order online and it advised that if I picked some of the items up at the Harbison Store, I'd receive $5 in Kohl's cash. I was going to be in the area anyway, so I took them up on the offer. I picked the items up the same day I ordered them, December 8th. The lady who waited on me had difficulty with the scanner gun she was using, had trouble locating the items I was there to pick up, and then asked me to wait for two of the items that weren't in with the rest of the items. Then she told me that I'd receive an email with my Kohl's cash, ASAP. I still haven't received it. When I left the store, the alarms went off, so I had to wait for them to go through my bags to determine which items set the alarms off. Yesterday, I spoke with Customer Service and was told that they would give me the points that would entitle me to the $5 Kohl's cash. Still haven't received it. Today I get an email and a text telling me that I need to come pick the items up, so I called customer service. She disconnected me so I called back again. This time, the person told me that I received the points but that the Kohl's cash wouldn't be sent to me until January. No one shared that information yesterday. She couldn't explain why I keep getting messages that I can pick up my items, so she told me that I needed to call the Harbison store to get it straightened out. No, that's not my job. In all the years I've dealt with Kohl's this is the worst customer service experience I've had. I don't recommend that you chose the option of picking up your items at the store in return for $5 in Kohl's cash, as it's not worth the $5 if you go through anything near my experience. read more
