It's a strange place, very small, dark and crowded with furniture and what looked like junk. Be careful there because there's lots of places to trip. There was a woman sitting in the dark corner. As we were coming in, there were sharp words and she was crying. I don't know what the three were arguing about but it was very uncomfortable. Wife's nails looked okay but she didn't like that they were too thick. Then she discovered Danie'l had given her a fungus infection that has been a mess. My hair was wonky, very short but then long and then short again. There's a silver dollar size spot that's almost down to the skin. If he had been honest and just told me he had made a mistake but he didn't say a word. Maybe we got them on a bad day but I wouldn't go back. I don't know if that little area has a separate name but it should be The Black Hole of Calcutta. If it's part of the larger salon, why is it walled off and painted black? My wife's friend already had an appointment for a haircut from Jessie and it looked good and she was happy with it.

She was so welcome and sweet with our niece, it was amazing. You can tell she is great with people, and she really listened to my niece's preferences too. Not only were my niece's requests slightly complicated but we also had some legit time constraints to make it all happen. Taylor handled it all with such grace and her cut, color, and style came out beautifully! She even threw in some fades on the undercut. My niece walked away beaming and feeling great about herself, which was the icing on the birthday cake so to speak :) We will always go to back to Taylor here on out! Thank you again!!

BUT…read morefirst the stylist never responded to my texts after our phone call and she never gave me her email, then she said she had changed her phone from one persons plan to her own and never got my texts, at this point she said she was the only one available and could not handle the 8 people (moms and littles included) in my wedding party so then the salon mgr and the owner contacyed nks and they agreed to provide a stylist to cover us along with Taylor from bella. Well, she replyed to the initial texts at that point BUT once again here we were 1 to 2 weeks out and i sent her texts and no reply, yep ghosted again! Worst part was the nks girls communicated and showed up for me but Taylor and bella donna were a complete no show on my wedding day. The other stylist even had to leave a bit early for a family thing that she flat told me she would have made different arrangements for if she had known she would be the only stylist there thankfully the makeup artist was also able to handle the remaining hair styles needed. So, needless to say bella donna let me down twice in 3 months time and they apparently have not done makeup since 2020 but their website says different and according the them its the owner who handles the website. They were a vendor listed on the list Margaritaville gave me and i made sure to let Audrey, the venue event planner, know of the difficulties i had as well as the no show on Sat (3 days ago). I really hope she removes them from the venue's vendor list so no one else has to go through what i did including freaking out 4 weeks before my wedding that i now had no hair stylist. The sad part is that bella had really stepped up initially in reaching out to salons in the area to get me coverage due to their mistake and i was very grateful that they stepped up like that, but in the end i think maybe the primary blame for all this rests squarely in Taylors shoulders. I hate doing reviews and may have done one in my life prior to this but i could not let this go without people being aware that they may experience issues. Thank God for Natalie Kay Salon coming to my rescue. I am waiting for a call back from bella's mgr so we will see if it ever comes but im not holding my breath

I paid, tipped, and had it recut at a different salon. I let my hair grow for a couple years. I made an appointment for today. I told them I didn't care who cut my hair. No color needed. I asked for a popular hairstyle, stacked in the back, lots of layers on the sides just below the ears, & bangs. Brought a picture. Nothing complicated or tricky. Kendy went on and on about how she "could never cut my hair to look like the picture. Your hair makes it impossible." I've been working on not sweating the small stuff. I decided to just leave. Went somewhere else, showed them my picture, asked if they could cut my hair like that. They said, "Sure." Sadly, I will never return to Bella Donna.
