She was so welcome and sweet with our niece, it was amazing. You can tell she is great with people, and she really listened to my niece's preferences too. Not only were my niece's requests slightly complicated but we also had some legit time constraints to make it all happen. Taylor handled it all with such grace and her cut, color, and style came out beautifully! She even threw in some fades on the undercut. She was booked a few weeks out which is always a good sign so I made an appt. A few days before my appt I received a reminder/verification text of my appt which was very helpful. I had very dry and damaged hair and basically gave her free reign with the cut and color choices. She was talkative and kind while highlighting and trimming and the final product was BEAUTIFUL.
