I was particularly impressed with how well they worked with my children & how concerned they were with our overall dental health, explaining proper flossing methods and educating us with regard to the harmful effects of gum disease, but all the while not being judgmental. I've had previous dental experiences that were not so pleasant or useful. Additionally, they were sensitive about my TMJ disorder & were patient while I followed instructions as best I could within certain limitations of the disorder. My regular dental hygienist is an absolute angel; she lets me know what I'm doing wrong (grinding, not enough flossing, etc etc) without scolding and is so nice that I feel really comfortable conversing even with things totally unrelated to my teeth. Dr. Stanford himself is also very nice and knowledgable. I never feel like they are suggesting procedures that are unnecessary or expensive.
