Walked in right behind a buddy of the one doing the check-ins. He told his friend there was no queue, and proceeded to help him for half an hour, then proceeded to a family that wasn't checked in. The reason I was there was a problem with my mom's account, I have a T-Mobile account and after tonights experience, I'll be moving mom over to T-Mobile. My tablet screen was broken and Jeff offered to repair/replace it, but had never done it before on that particular item and wouldn't guarantee the work. I took my chances with him and he did an excellent job. It is now many years later (2024) and I've had to move to a retirement village where we have an IT department which takes care of most of our IT needs. Unfortunately my old, 5SE iPhone which I need because of manual dexterity problems, couldn't be repaired by the new, young tech and ended up in worse shape than before. The floating Home button cannot be eliminated, the regular Home button which had been difficult to push is permanently stuck. It is now Friday evening and I'll have to wait until Monday to somehow get the phone down to Peak Wireless and have Jeff and his crew work their magic on it.

got my screen replaced and within 3 weeks i have all kinds up dust and dirt under my screen (i can…read morephysically see the dirt in my camera and when i facetime someone or take a selfie you can see the spots of dirt. my screen has almost like a blur tint to it from time to time and on some phone calls my screen is blacked out and can't do anything. and as of today 10/26/2025 i have now have lines on my screen so i try to go to UBreakifix in arden and there hours for sunday is 12-5 and i showed up at 12:53 doors are locked, lights are off and no response to me knocking. and in my personal opinion my new screen was put on poorly. if it were put on correctly and sealed correctly i should be getting dirt in my phone. because when something is sealed its sealed.
