I've been a customer for over 20 years....Avoid their LG phones. Search "LG bootloop" they sold phones with a history of hardware problems and they will provide no help other than refer you to LG for repairs. In the LG announcement, provided to androidcentral.com they say to take it to your local carrier where you purchased it. Really? USCellular is not helpful at all. No replacement. No loaner phone. I exchanged my AT&T for a Samsung Galaxy ... YUCK, hated it. The salesman talked me out of my AT&T 3Gs Cellphone which had my Deceased Dad's Voice mails on it. ... MY FAULT, I forgot about them as HE hurried me through the process and begged for my old phone because he got "points" for getting people to turn in their phones ... I guess I'm that proverbial SUCKER trying to help people out ... I changed carriers ONLY because AT&T doesn't have good Cell Service in the Appalachian Mountains.... YEAH, my brother said he probably sold my old phone for money ... YES, I ASKED him to be sure my contract was up and when he 'checked' AT&T he told me my 2-year contract WAS up. HE LIED. He closed my AT&T account and now I have over $200 in "early termination fees" ,,, I HATED the ANDROID ... I ended up going to the Jefferson City Cellular Sales to exchange the ANDROID phone full of "stupid samsung stuff" for an iPhone 4. AND BECAUSE I SWITCHED CARRIERS I CAN'T EVER GET MY DEAD DAD'S VOICE MAILS BACK. Am I yelling? NO, I'm crying my heart out. I can't remember his voice. YES ... BUYER BE AWARE ... Mr Smooth Talker got me good. Don't let him get you good. I accept responsibility for being a stupid old woman trying to be kind to a smooth talking salesman and I have to live with this regret for TWO doggone YEARS ..... I can't afford ANOTHER early termination fee. This Kiosk in the FLEA MARKET should have a sign that says ... ANYTHING FOR A SALE ............. If I could do it over again, I would NOT. I would go to a REAL Verizon Store and hope that someone with a formed conscience would tell me the truth when I asked them to check my former carrier.... and not talk me out of the my old phone with the ONLY MEMORY I had of my Dad. Yon March 8th, my husband, mother and father in law, and I went to get new phones. We had Talina helping us. My husband and i brought in our old phones so we could switch to Boost, and Talina was so helpful and amazing. It took us auite a while as we are some very indecisive people and look over every aspect of everything, so we ended up taking up about 2 hours of her time but all that while she was very patient nd calm with us, answered any of our questions. And also made sure that even in our group of 4 we didnt feel left out. And within this two hours several other guests came in looking for help, she multitasked perfectly and made sure to keep us updated about everything going on with our new starting service. My family will contuine to return because of the wonderful service we received from Talina. Thank you Boost Mobile 1. For your service and 2 for hiring such an awesome women!! read more

i have a galaxy aura j7 and its absolute shit i made an account just towrite a review it makes you dial the phone number twice when attempting to make calls and usually disconnects before you can finish, texts wont go through period then an hr later will tell you it failed to send, and messages you receive will show up about 5 hours late the service ucks, hit with hidden fees, anytime i call customer service it doesn't even have a voice mail when you DO reach a real person they ignore what you say and tell you nothing dont try to work anything out no leverage on your bill data is used up and phone becomes a paperweight 3 months in a row the data was not reset if you pay the bill even a day early it double charges you wont reset your data. fuck this company fuck their products and fuck the assholes that work there claiming to be customer friendly you should never use this company point blank period youv'e been severely warned read more

The sales lady I had was either not properly trained, or just told me what I wanted to hear. I went in to switch from my ex-husband's account at Sprint, to my mom's account that she has had with them for 12 years. I was told multiple things that have proved to not be true. I was told that I would be reimbursed up to $650 within 2-3 weeks via a Visa giftcard that I could use to pay off my last Sprint bill. Turns out, it will be $350 in 8-10 weeks that will come on a Visa giftcard... however, the giftcard can only be used at US Cellular. I tried to null everything before the first month was even over and since it had been over 15 days (21), the only option they gave me was to buy out the new phone ($640). Also, my portion of the bill was supposed to be right around $60 a month... it is now $94. FOR ONE PHONE AND ONE LINE. I am very dissatisfied with the service I am receiving through them, and as soon as I can, I will be switching back to Sprint. read more

I have been a US Cellular Business Customer for 13 years; however, my experiences with the local corporate store in Sevierville, TN have made me question the wisdom of this decision. The sales associates have issues doing simple tasks like activating, deactivating, and switching numbers. They are commonly out of products. They put their sales before their customer service. Even doing something as simple as paying a bill, you have to wait in line behind sales people trying to up sale potential customers with lengthy sales pitches. Every visit to this store has been a long drawn out nightmare. Over the last few years, I have been charged twice for phones on my account and credit card both, I have had cancellation fees applied to lines that are still in service, I have been pressured to purchase various products and change plans when I came in for other reasons, and I have been unable to purchase phones at other locations due to this stores inability to process things correctly. I am pleased with US Cellular service in general and with my experience at other stores, but I do not recommend dealing with the Sevierville store if it is at all possible to avoid. Thankfully an independent store has opened up closer to me in Gatlinburg. They have been very efficient and helpful. I will be taking all my business there in the future. read more
