It's called theft by conversion and the FCC takes it very seriously. I am contacting corporate office, asking for preservation of the store footage for March 23 between 2 and 3 pm, as she (Kip) stated she was the assistant manager and the manager wasn't in and would be gone for 2 days. This is a serious matter and I can only hope that Verizon takes it as so. I'm a brand new customer. I've only been with them for 2 weeks. Now I am very nervous about Verizon employees accessing my account and having retaliatory action for asking questions. I only wanted to know my options.
